Me, too. I really like it mainly on the strength of Leto's performance, his believability. I like it in spite of the cheesy effects, the after burn stuff when they go fast or fly etc.
@@pputnam100 agreed. Leto was ok in Suicide Squad (as far as Jokers go, obviously he had stiff competion before *and* after) but I thought he gave a really good performance here.
@@an-animal-loverJared Leto in the uncut synder version in Justice league is how he wanted his joker … they asked him to be more of a mob boss because of the modern time twist on the movie 🍿 and he got hate for it
@@Tarasbasement so *that* explains why I liked his appearance in the Snyder cut more, "good" old studio meddling.Thank you for that, I'm not usually privy to the behind-the-scenes stuff. I'm hoping we'll get more of Snyder's vision for this world. I'm not really holding my breath on that, but a man can dream
Yeah, people hate this movie, but I thought it was legit good and hope for a sequal! Jared Leto gives a good performance, the vampire stuff and effects are cool, and I like the man vs literal inner demon story.
Memes aside, this has always been my favorite part. He’s testing his powers, its limits and strengths. But also understands the dangerous side effects. As to why this supposed “cure” isn’t what he hoped for. Really awesome scene
@@eyeseer1 i dunno if spiders avoid Light quite as much. And I guess mosquitoes sometimes go through the sun. But I heard rumors mosquitoes hate the garlic scent too lol.
Same! I'm not lying when I say I absolutely LOVED Morbius and I can't stand it when people call it the worst vampire movie ever, because, as a vampire fan, I have seen far, FAR worse vampire movies.
@@ninjabunnywholivesinsideaw8216I wish Morbius gets to throw more hands at Milo tho like Milo did. It's like he's more in intelligence while being a vampire, hence hurting a lot from his rival, while milo is more in strength while being a vampire, hence him combo'ng morbius like no fks given.
Yup. I just hope they will not make him too much of a villain given that he teamed up with the vulture. Anyways great movie, loved everything about it.
From what I heard in "The Marvel Symphonic Universe", it's more than likely a case of temp music: the director used music from another movie in this scene for editing purposes (in this case, The Dark Knight), then instructed the composer to make something similar. That video is over 7 years old, yet this practice is evidently still used for many movies to this day.
I already and always loved and liked this moments scenes because when he is a Doctor he is testing blood samples while he thinks about Vampiric stuff, he is practicing or training new abilities. Still Happy Halloween!! 🎃🎃🎉🎉🧛🧛👻🧟♂️🧟♂️💯💯💯 for me even this November month.
Not gonna lie, testing out his powers in isolation precisely because he is a scientist who recognizes the dangers of what he's doing actually makes this a unique and interesting scene. He's not just gonna fly free and go "whohoooo!" like all the other super heroes like ironman or spiderman.
VENOM had the writer from 50 SHADES OF GREY MORBIUS had the writers from GODS OF EGYPT And KRAVEN THE HUNTER has the writers from TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT Sony's cinematic universe is doomed to fail, and all because of AVI ARAD
He’s the reason the Amazing Spiderman 1&2 didn’t do well a decade ago either. I remember in one of the behind the scenes videos they stated Arad came in and basically shit on their original creative direction.
Don’t you think you are exaggerating ? We saw much worse. Remember the Punisher movie staring Tomas Jane, the two Ghost Rider movies starring Nicolas Cage. And let’s not talk about the Fantastic Four movie from 2015. Morbius movie didn’t work as well but at least it make the character fascinating for the audience proving that him and Eddie Brock/ Venom are MORE that just supervillains who wasted their time fighting Spider-Man for some reason.
What’s with the Wal-Mart version of Hans Zimmer playing in the background? They really tried to mimic the lamenting score from The Dark Knight and yet I’m not even surprised…
All jokes aside, if this was an actual R rated affair, I think most people would have given this one a fair shake, prolly a producer out there who totally F'd this movie up with ideas they had no business voicing, usually how it goes when a movie fails!!!...
