I totally agree with you but just cut them some slack. This is literally the first time they are doing fps. They had no experience with guns ever before. You can't expect COD WARZONE level gunplay in an RPG from a company that is doing it for the first time. The gunplay in this game is even still better than early COD games

7-11 is ridiculously slow. 25 is perfect. Also turn your "zoom sensitivity reduction" all the way up to 2, a setting you didn't even mention, that will slow your ads down compared to hipfire.

I play on the highest sensitivity in every CoD game. If you do too then try this setup. Outer DZ: 0.85 Inner DZ: 0.00 Response curve: Dynamic Vertical & horizontal sense: 20 (Aim sensitivity) Vertical & horizontal boost: 1.8 (turn sensitivity) Vertical & horizontal boost (ADS): 0.00 or 0.10 depending on your controller. It’s quick and precise, it’ll take some time to get use to it though if you’ve been playing on other settings. Tested these settings for hours with a normal controllers and 2 separate scufs. Pretty similar

I'm pretty sure you got the dead zone settings mixed up. It's my understanding that the inner is to fix stick drift, outer would be limiting how far you have to push for a max input

No hate, but no one do these settings..it literally makes turning EXTREMELY slow (not even slow for some...like this is very very slow) Also, you mixed up dead zone..inner fixes drift..not outer

This. You need horizontal/vertical turning bonus if you want to both turn fast normally and have ADS aim slower. This would all be so much more simple if CDPR had just put in a separate ADS sensitivity bar.

Wow you sir just saved me... I'm trying different specs for months now. I'm terrible at shooting with controller, I have been playing keyboard+mouse since the 90's but now I'm trying to get into the controller stuff and geez, so far I couldn't hit anything in this game... Your setting is the first time I could actually shoot something and play with the guns, I thought I was going to play melee+netrunner all over hahah thanks again mate! Cheers!

These settings are at least much better than the defaults, not even the devs could be bothered to spend hours tweaking the settings lol, but it was worth it because wherever I posted them the response was positive. Here's hoping the expansion is good because it was/is a great game.

Horizontal sensitivity 12, Vertical 10 with all settings under show advanced options set to 0 except horizontal turning bonus at 1.50.... doing this was a game changer for me

Saw a lot of people commenting since he didn't cover it but if you feel like your aim is to slow the only way I found to fix it is to turn up the turning bonus [ADS] to 1 (0.5-1.5 is what my friends use) but also turn up the ramp up time to 1.0. What this does is allows you to do is accelerate slightly while fully extending the analog. ramp up time of 1 makes it take really long to accelerate significantly so you can start there and work your way down. My setting which seems as close to my warzone feel is 1turning ADS and a .7 ramp up ADS

There’s a bug that forces you to zoom. Tap L2 and that should set you back to default. Otherwise you may be over-encumbered - drop/sell some shit to lose the weight.

Maybe im just crazy but every time i try to ADS with my controller i get the scan abillty and then i cant shoot. Im using a ps4 controler and im playing on pc via steam. The game wont even let me remap the controlls. So im forced to use the keybord and mouse. Because the controller is just a pain in the ass

This makes it way to slow in general. I played with it a little and did the following instead Outer DZ = .5 (min) H turn bonus = 1.2 V turn bonus = 1 all delays at 0 This gave me the closest feel to call of duty standards with a fast movement but slow ADS

I say put the Response Curves on Raw setting, so there's less computing in between you pushing a button and your character doing it. Better for you to get good muscle memory than the game to change itself to how you are playing Thanks for the tips bruda!

It’s the “Zoom Sensitivity Reduction” setting right above advanced options. Anything less than one for that will make your ads sensitivity slower than your normal sense.
