Cyberpunk 2077 | Jinx in Night City | Synthwave Music 

Aye there choomba, I hope you're having a good day and enjoying these preem Night City Synthwave tunes. Thanks for all of your continued support! Below lies the conclusion to chapter 4 of Night City Stories. I hope you enjoy. \+/ Night City Stories \+/ Chapter 4, Part 2 - Like Riding A Bike They continue following the Shion, the air in the car is tense as the pair take on different responsibilities. Graves being the driver focused on watching for tails. Brian being the passenger focused on direction and area recognition. The driving pace was slow and it was clear they had very little to go on. Brian eventually breaks the silence as both communicate in a dead tone. "What're you thinkin." "I don't know man...ever since you reduced spec..or- i guess what little spec you had..and just stayed mostly ganic I was wondering if you'd be able to even do somethin like this again." Brian continues to look out the window checking streets and clutching onto Graves' Lexington. Graves continues, "I mean...this is Night City B...you're born n raised here like me... its almost like an inevitable upbringing you-" Brian interrupts; "Fuckin City of Dreams Graves...Doesn't hurt to change your approach...or at least question other's" "What the fuck does that even mean..?" "Hey, we're here." The conversation breaks as the pair notice the Shion slowing down. Graves follows the Shion through one last turn onto a street unfamiliar to both of them. Still clearly in Kabuki, the alley was dark and lit up dimly by a few apartment lights bleeding into it. The Shion finally comes to a complete stop near the back of the alley. A lone man gets out of the driver side and walks toward Graves' car at a brisk pace. He's wearing traditional tyger claw attire and sporting traditional tyger claw tattoos. His energy seems non threatening which briefly calms the two of them in the moment. Brian tucks his iron as Graves rolls his window down. The man uses his forearm to lean onto Graves' car and into his window. He speaks in broken English with a deep raspy voice. "Marcus' friend right?" "That's right." "Graves." He replies "And you?" The man looks over at Brian who is already looking at him. "Brian." The man nods in acknowledgement before glancing into the back area of the cab in Graves' Butte. There sat the big silver urn storing Brian's father's ashes. The man wrinkles his eyebrows in curiosity at the sight of it and then comments with a slight grin. "A 3rd choom in the back huh? That supposed to bring good luck?" Graves and Brian both glance back forgetful that it was there due to the situation. The man continues with a ramble looking at Graves. "Haven't seen one of those in a while. I always wonder.,. how can you know there are ashes in there...? Can you even open those...? I hear you can't once they seal them up. Could be they're just selling people heavy chunks of metal filled with scop or a bunch of-" Brian cuts the man off. "Lets just stick to biz and get this over with huh?" The man turns his full attention over to Brian, raising his hands in the air in fake condescending surrender. "Ook ...'Brian'" He says sarcastically. "...Biz it is then." The man takes a step back away from the car as both Graves and Brian get out. "Well, where is the kit?" The man asks. "Back here." Graves replies while walking to the back of the Butte opening up the side panel revealing the box. He hands the box over to the man who rummages through it clinking glass and plastic around. Without saying anything he turns around and walks away towards one of the few lit alley windows on the first floor of the right side apartment and knocks on it 3 times. The window opens and the man briefly says something through the window in Japanese while handing over the box. The window closes and the man walks back to the open driver's side window of the Shion to grab something. Graves and Brian briefly exchange a look with each other. The man returns back to Graves and hands him a cred chip while looking up at him. "Good." He says in a deep raspy voice. "Know that next time we won't be meeting in-" The man stops mid sentence as all 3 of them listen to the sudden sound of a quick roaring engine approaching from up the alley. All 3 of them turn to look and see a Yaiba Kusanagi speed up to them and stop about 10 yards away on the side of the Shion. The crimson red bike with green leather seats shined and reflected clean even within the dimly lit alleyway. It paired well with the biker gear the rider wore. The man on the bike gets off and screams something in Japanese towards the man Graves and Brian are dealing with. The biker B-lines it up to the dealer while yanking his helmet off and tossing it to the side; As the two yell at each other in Japanese exchanging words and occasionally pointing and looking back at both Graves and Brian. Brian recognizes the biker is carrying no guns that he can see on him which makes him shift focus to other details. Graves and Brian both take a step back from the arguing Tyger Claws and take a step closer to each other. Graves leans over and whispers to Brian: "A, let's delta, we got th-" Before Graves can finish, the sound of a blade slicing through bone cuts through the air like a gunshot. The pair look to see the biker with a mantis blade protruding from his right arm again slice the dealer once more diagonally across the skull decapitating and dropping him to the floor. The biker watches him fall before quickly looking at Graves and Brian. Within arms reach, the biker lifts his bloodied bladed arm to swing at Graves. Brian quickly goes to pull his iron, but fails to as it get caught on his jeans, while Graves quickly reaches and grabs the biker's arm by his elbow before he is able to swing it down on top of him. You hear the air compression and working mechanics of Graves' gorilla arm kick in as he squeezes the Tyger claw's arm like a vise slowly crushing it in the process while raising his other fist to punch him. The Tyger claw screams in pain before engaging his second mantis blade and driving it directly through Graves' stomach and out of his back. Both Graves and Brian's eyes open wide in shock. Brian instinctually dives on top of the Tyger claw forcing the blade out of Graves' stomach. Graves drops down to his knees looking down before falling over on his side motionless. Brian's momentum drives himself to the ground first. Knocking the Tyger Claw off balance, Brian attempts to get back to his feet by using the side of the parked Shion. While doing so, the Tyger Claw regains his balance and goes to stab Brian with his one working mantis blade with full force. Brian quickly throws his body out of the way and falls to his side making the Tyger Claw stab the Shion through the top left corner of it's hood. The Tyger Claw instinctually attempts to turn to face Brian before attempting to yank his blade out of the hood of the car forcing it to be jammed. Brian recognizes this, quickly gets up and throws his body at the Tyger Claw pinning him up against the car. Brian grabs the Tyger Claws broken and dangling mantis blade arm forcing the Tyger Claw to once again scream in pain. The Tyger Claw instinctually twists his body around in an attempt to push Brian away; while doing this, the dangling mantis blade failing to re-contract back into place slices upward along first Brian's shoulder then up to his neck and then off of his chin gashing him open. Brian's eyes snap closed as he flinches in pain before slamming his body up again against the Tyger Claw pinning him to the Shion once more. Brian hooks the crushed mantis blade arm under his own arm before cranking it back towards himself with all of his strength. The Tyger Claw lets out his biggest shriek of pain yet..at the same time, Brian grabs his Lexington with his other arm and places the barrel at the base of the Tyger Claws skull letting out 5 shots. The first 2 shots exit out of the Tyger Claw's face as the 3 behind them send blood splattering wildly into the Night City air like a fountain. The Tyger Claw, still pinned by Brian's force is let got of as he collapses to the street lifeless with his arm still stuck in the hood of the car.
