I had the same thoughts but I will go for nomad cause I as the player will be new to night city and so will be the nomad. So im gonna choose the Nomad, so my character learns to know the city together with me

That's my Corpo as well: seems like V was some kind of enforcer before the prologue, so that seems like a good place for my pure Solo build. Woo Meredith Stout, get Militech support, nail the suit that dropped me, profit :)

Hate to break it to you, but I think they removed techie. Techie is apparently combined with netrunner so maybe you can just do a mix of both for nomad

I'm going for the pure street kid experience first and then do street kid again but trying to get into a corporation. Could try making a corpo after that and get into that nomad lifestyle next...

Same choice but also know that stat redistribution is feature so I will change build to suit the direction I feel the story should go , My nomad V I intend to be vigilante , If Street kid is fixed to be a car thief I'll stir up gangs against each othere until the most enjoyable gang run dominance like a punk, Corpo i will try same as street kid but will try do it with a merciful 0 murder statistic.

A major part of me wants to run Street Kid. But if I was to class myself.... As I live in So Cal, and I live in the desert... and I follow an ancestral faith with a focus on family and honor.... I fit Nomad best. I know Im GOING to run Corpo eventually because I like the idea of a Corpo who rejects the Corporation dogma and mantras. Even if I cant really do that in game It'll still be fun to role play.

I think I want to try street kid first. But something about corpo sounds SUPER interesting to me: the straddling of the line between survival and straight up cruelty, all the while trying to be a better person. Oh the complexity lol

My first playthrough will be Street Kid, wanna go quintessential Cyberpunk for the first one, a stealthy, charismatic smart ass who's selfish and looks out for himself. My second will be Nomad, where I'll play my usual go-to as a slightly more altruistic, tech savvy, strength based character.

Yeah the game feels like it was meant to be enjoyed as a street kid on your first playthrough. Nomad is for if you want to learn more about the outside of Night City. Corpo sounds like you would get the best bang for your buck once you learn how to make specialized builds.

Yeah this is gonna be my first life path i decided that, like MONTHS ago, then its gonna be nomad, thennnn corpo, love ur content man, i watch every vid I just think street kid is where its at, u start in the city, u have street experiance with the gangs and in general, and it just seems like the best, then nomad. The badlands are BREATHTAKING man, i cant wait for this game man 👌👌👌🙌🙌🙌

i find corpo as a first playthrough for inexperienced users/newcomers that have absolutely no idea (which are the majority) about the cyperpunk universe, ridiculous.

I hope street kid has some bit of customizing like which noncorpo sector you live in, which gang you grew up with. Either way think street kid would be my first choice. Then nomad, then corpo

Already got ideas for my life paths..street samurai with low modifications and pistol/ melee build, family loving nomad with little to no modifications and shotgun/power weapons build, and lastly a corpo assassin with high modifications and sniper/smg build. I’ll be playing in that order too.

I'm wondering how a Street Kid Netrunner would play. Seems like on street level you would be able to gather much intelligence that way, digging up dirt on gangs, fixers and whatnot.

I never played pen n paper so first is Nomad solo since they begin outside city then get introduced into the city tourist. 2nd Street kid techy I'll use the knoledge of nomad playthrough tobe already familiar to surroundings, And corpo last as first 2 playthrough will make me adept enough to me both manipulative with factions and strong in knoledge on characters build.

I will pick Nomad since I want to experience Night City for the first time alongside my V. Plus, I really dig the whole call to freedom thing Nomads have going on for them. Nomad V's newness to the city will give them the excuse to not know much about anything. Yes, I know there is a time skip of a few months but will that few months really give Nomad V all the information about the city and its' people that someone who lived there a lot longer will know.

I think it is wiser to go Nomad on the first playthrough and then corpo on the second because the Nomad background will be really organic to the story. You will drive into the city for the first time, You don't know anything about the city, gangs, lingo, etc. While the corpo would be better for a second playthrough because you would know more about the city and get to live a better life instead and appreciate that lifestyle after living poor in your first playthrough.

Which paths I'm playing 1st Street Kid (basically how i grew up) 2nd Corpo (I'm curious about the story and if you'll be trying to own your own corporation) 3rd Nomad (probably gonna make 2077 Dom and make fast and furious refrences)

I never understood why people (the player) would want to join a gang in cyberpunk. I think it's way better that V is a mercenary and an individual, it makes your character feel more unique. Although it could just be people remembering how you could join factions in fallout and elder scrolls and thinking this game might have a similar structure.

I’m gonna go Street kid. There’s just something about having to survive the heart of society that really entices next. Nomads are outcasts but they have a family that give them tools and knowledge to get by and support their family. Corpos really have to worry about people within their work circle, and any smart corporate knows to watch their backs 24/7. Street kids have to learn everything from the ground up with no one there to give them reliable education or the necessary resources to figure it out.

Apart from romance options,do you think there will be much difference,quests wise,dialogue options,if you make your character male or female.I'll be creating both for all life paths,that's 6 playthoughs straight away

Regarding dialogue, with every lifepath you know different stuff, so automatically you will have some other dialogue options if they are from the same background as you. Also some characters won't be available for every lifepath and are exclusive to one. Characters can also deceive you, lie to you, betray you, but also help. We shall see to what extent though once the game comes out.

What are u gonna pick in which order? I personally; Street Kid (Since it fits to me), Corpo (Since i learned about corpo through street kid) and nomad at last (for a slower pace involved more outside of the city than other two)
