I just finished my fight with Hansen on Very Hard with no quickhacks (was using Berserk). Every time he managed to get close to me he brought me down from almost 500 health to like 60 in that one unblockable move. Ended up circling around the stone statue and shooting him with my tech sniper and tech shotgun through cover. It took 3 tries and what seemed like forever and it felt a little cheaty but I did not care by the end of it. Max damage I was doing per shot was about 1,000, nowhere near these numbers...
feels like they didn't realise how op our character could become, or most likely they made it so you can beat them even if you rush through the story and fight them at a pretty low level
