Works like a charm. On PS5 hold R3 and just press X and the slider will pop up, easy. Sell all but 1, confirm sale, then buy the full doubled quantity back from the Buy Back tab
Do you also confirm the sell all junk and jewelry? Like the one after you sell the all but one? Like confirmind twice and the one you didnt sell does sell too? Cuz it is duping for me but just making sure if im doing it right 😅😅😅
@@MartyAraragi As long as you are duping the items and still have the same money, you’re doing it right. Then you sell the duped items for money, or dismantle for mats
The item stacks for junk is 99,999, after the stack goes above that, it vanishes from the vendor So if you want to continue duping, drop 75% of your whole stack but for 1,000 then go back to duping again But *DISMANTLE YOUR JUNK BEFORE PICKING IT UP* because items get auto deleted after 99,999
You absolute legend. It was your video that perfectly explained the glitch for last patch, I was having trouble understanding the other videos I’d seen on it, but your step-by-step was amazing.
The only change I'd make to his explanation is holding all three buttons. On Xbox series x all I have to do is hold R3 then tap A. Then when I release R3 it comes up with the sell how many window like he explained.
For crafting components, the vinyl shop in Heywood offers tier 3 vinyls that you can dupe for tier 3 components without 1:5 ratio loss on previous 2 tiers. This doesn't seem to work with legendary junk though, because there's additional popup for selling those, so ideally you want tier 4 (purple) junk.
This worked flawlessly! Wasn’t gonna go for the platinum but this finally helped me get rid of the buy all cars achievement and made me get level 60 in Tech
For people on ps5 hold down R3 X and square then let go of X but make sure u keep your fingers on R3 and square last then let go then continue hopefully that helped people who r having trouble if any.
If you're having difficulties to do it on PlayStation instead of releasing all buttons you actually need to hold R3, press X once, which will prompt you to the selling menu. If you just press square and release the selling menu will not show up. 😉 Great trick!
Got a tip to make it better. Alternatively, find a vendor that sell blue label vinyl records then apply this glitch. You’ll be going to the moon in no time! 😅
@@manuelgerling2110 oh yeah my apologies, You can find the records at The Glen, sub district of Heywood. There’s a junk shop there called Time Machine, it is also near drop point location. Strategic. You can’t miss it. I haven’t done much exploring. That’s my favourite spot for this glitch.
it only works 1 time with an item. if you wait 24 hours and repeat it, the item will not appear in the sold tab and you will have to buy it back at an inflated price. but there is a workaround. i save the game and load the save and then everything works with the same item. Also, to speed things up, I've created a quick purchase macro (I have a bloody mouse) and have no problems. it's much faster than pressing the full combination every time.
@@T7PDM i started a new game to experience all the changes in the game, so i didn't accumulate a lot of garbage. it's a long and unpleasant process to search for it. so the best way for me is to reload the save, rather than searching for several types of garbage and changing it. and i don't see the point in it.

Ok… Don’t know if he said this, but I didn’t catch it. So, after you sell all your junk to the box (minus the one) a message to sell that last/or 1 junk item will pop up RIGHT AFTER the junk slider message screen. Confirm and you’ll see the duplication. On console: Press the right stick in + X/Square + A/X (XBOX/PlayStation), but release the A/X button 1st then release the other buttons immediately after👍
I wish they would go back to the other way cause in order to make money i would literally just craft the threat analysis or target analysis and then sell it for the maximum profit i could also did the same with weapons now it seems a little confusing and concerning but that's just my opinion though
If you’re on console when pressing all three buttons to make it work easier only release the X or A button and it’ll work and not only how the sell all junk option.

What I found that works was holding down the sell junk button then clicking the sell button like normal and it will bring up the sale prompt with the slider. You then sell all but one item and press confirm on the second popup that comes up. Then buy all of them back from the machine in the buy back tab and they will be duplicated and the machine will still have 320000 after you buy them back
@@Mcjosh799ya it works now, i thought the night before i wasnt gaining money but i realized the point was to sell at the end of the duping once the vendor runs out of money, i thought you gained during the duping part
This is pretty cool when doing it with vendors. You can buy anything you need from them, inflating their funds, and then do this and get all your money back plus whatever extra they had. I've just been going around, robbing any vendors I meet 😅
Yeah, pretty much as long as you just are playing the game collecting all the weapons and selling them when your inventory gets full you’ll get at least a couple million or so by the end enough to buy all the cars etc.
My stuff landed in the normal buy tab after i waited fur 24h to reset the €$ for the vending maschine so avoid that 😅 what i then did was quicksave, quit to main menu and press continue. Everything was normal again.

Restarted on corpo back for phantom liberty knowing what type of mods I already prefer this definitely helps I won’t go crazy but enough to get what I want
*Important!* Carry around the Junk item you want to use and also get back allmyour money from a vendor. Like a Netrunner, Ripperdoc, Weapon Shop and etc. Basically if you spend a bunch of money somewhere, use the junk item to get it all back.
I used my friends PC copy of the game signed in, used cross save feature, added money using console commands. I've heard you can also use pirated copy of the game for this Cdpr are very lenient with DRM and its not stealing if you already own one copy and you use pirated copy just for this.
If you need components better buy junk of blue quality. I've done it at the Junk Store in Heywood The Glen. They even sell epic records, but unfortunately just 1 of each ;-) It'll save y'all a bunch of time.
What do you mean by without bothering with the stash? So the sequence would be: hold R3-hold X-hold Square- release square and X and then R3. Is it correct?
i try this but i have to figure something important that work on the xbox series s, when you press r3 + a + x, you need to leave the buttons in this order "a" then "x" then "r3", looks like the glitch read first the command of the A button (where you sell one item and or you select how much items you want to sell) then release the X button, wich is the default button to sell everything, then R3 to move again, i had to figure out why some times it works and other times it did not work, find out it was because of this.
Im on ps5 and this method works for me.. not sure if it's gonna work for others.. but I relatively need not have so much junk stashed.. I only had 1 stack of junk to duplicate.. wat I did was I only had 1 stack of junk in my inventory min 3pcs but I usually put 10.. after doing the duplication and cashing in.. den I skip time 24 hours.. manual save the game.. den press 'o' to be back on the game screen.. den reload the game.. and I manage to use the same junk stack to do the dupe.. it didn't go away.. works for me.. give it a try.. 🙏🏻
I don’t think it’s level scaled, I think it’s scaled due to your street cred, I’ve gone from lvl 25 - 32 and it hasn’t changed but when I level up street cred it rises
Personally I just load up an old save where I had a bunch of comics sold and had a stack to sell just in case a patch had got it, now I can afford an expensive lifestyle on cyberpunk any new load
To get all new content you need to generate a new loot seed by starting a new character. So it would be good to create a new character before it gets patched, just in case.
If you start the stack at 53, it drains most of the money out of the machine. The machine should only have around 500 in it's inventory when you're done.
@@T7PDM how do you give them money? Anytime I try to buy back, I gain nothing, or if I come back later, the buy back is over 4 mill and I don’t have that.
@@MultiversalMind3 It was explained in the video that you give the machine only its original money and you get the double amount of items. So if every time the machine gets only its original money, but you end up with 50.000 knifes, what does that mean? Once you have enough, you sell your 50.000 knifes and repeat. Watch the whole video and do it exactly as shown. And dont exit during the duplication.....

Thanks for the video but you are now misunderstanding what was my issue, which was vendors only having 80k, which goes up as your level does since 2.0. So that’s solved. I already made loads of trash and put it in my stash. But hey, that’s a classic keyboard misunderstanding, so all good.
You can just drop other junk items 😂 that's what i do and i can get like 1.2M every few mins. Btw when you get close to 90K stack, drop half so you won't have to build up another stack, skip 24 hours to refresh drop point, save and quit otherwise the half you dropped will go up to 179 after you hit 99K with the other stack you duped back up to 99k
If I ever become a game dev on a game like this, I'm going to encourage the team to deliberately add in at least some kind of easily accessible duplication glitch. Duplication glitches are not game breaking to anyone that doesn't intentionally want to break their game. Anyone desiring to play vanilla will not accidently start duping 10,000,000 Eurodollars. Duping glitches are a treasure and Devs should put them in intentionally. (In singleplayer or non-competitive multiplayer games, of course.)
If you jus hold right stick and then jus press X/A it’s the same no need to confirm it with square / A button hope this helps anyone still gotta sell less the one and then press confirm
It is completely irrelevant how much you start with. You only need a minimum of 2 of any item. Then it goes 2 - 3 - 5 - 9 - 17 - 33, etc.... The value of junk is also different. the more it costs the less you need to duplicate it. At the end you match the money of the machine and sell as much as the machine can buy.
If it stops working then all you have to to is quick save, exit, and reload the game. I find that I can do it once per vendor, then I have to reload the game to reset them
Update on what i did so far: use 50k pcs of 3$ worth of junk and you can get the whole 300k. Just drop the excess and use it again to dupe or dismantle for components. Works fine with just one item with me.
I figured something cool if you want the junk to go to the buy back list all you have to do is save your game then reload. It works on the exact same junk you have as it did with me. I recommend you keep at least 2 junks so you can repeat the method. if for some reason it didn't work try sleep or whatever for 24h then save I hope you gain money in life as you did in the game ❤🙏🏻
Felt like its refilling faster, but probably was coming from something else. I would still recommend the deck, because it makes you completely untraceable, being safer, getting more ram, more health from stealth, cloaking, etc.
They doubled the value of the paintings to be 8000 now. So you already doubled up! XD. However I recommend you to start a new character with a new loot seed to get all stuff in update 2.0 and Phantrom Liberty.
As soon as i saw videos of this, patch 2.01 was available for download. When i got home from work i turned on my xbox and immediately turned off my wifi connection before it discovered the new update. I dislike how they can stop you from playing the game when a new update is out. I wasnt sure if it was patched in 2.01.
