I personally prefer dieting along with swimming or running than cycling .. the main reason could be the the total duration of workout.. in running im spending like 90mins , and swimming we may spend 45mins ... where as in cycling its more than 2hrs .. cycling is only for the early birds not for someone like me who works till 1am everyday 😅

👍 ur openion.Biking is often touted as a good low-impact option for aerobic exercise. It allows you to get your heart rate up with less wear and tear on your knees, ankles, and other joints, compared with running or jogging especially for those above 35 or 40. We can explore more routes and refresh ur mind. Off course swimming s the best among all the sport but its not necessary, all know to swim. Without proper diet plan no sport activities is worth for weight loss though its run, swim or cycling whatever

@@ZojaZiya yes, i completely agree ... I dont follow any diet ... By doing intermittent fasting and HIIT ,i was able to reduce nearly 10kgs in a month .
