Even though the North Shore of Vancouver is famous for mountain biking you can still hit the road for a challenge. The Seymour Valley Trailway in North Vancouver, BC took me through some lush rainforest in Lynn Valley on the Mount Seymour Trailway. The Trailway offers a short but challenging ride up and down hilly terrain, lush forests and mountain views. #seymourvalley #cycling #northvancouver
