This Messy Happy - I would love that. The healing process is going to be tricky because I’ve torn all the ligaments in my shoulder and it’s going to be deformed permanently. Just need to wait and see how this will effect swimming. I’ll send you a Instagram private message. I have a few ideas for collaborations. 👌
Great video - Rode the loop yesterday - started at Ryde (clockwise) and had lovely sunny weather. Undulating course without any really big hills i would say (agree with this video)

Ryde the main ferry terminal😂,its cowes,fishbourne and yarmouth 5.57 is the railway track,which is NOT the official route,you deviated off the main road into yarmouth,the track just cuts off a hill from yarmouth to freshwater,you did the easy way,the correct way is from cowes or yarmouth,clockwise,which has killer hills on the east side of island(which you missed) as you went from bembridge which isnt part of the route,the roads have only been done in the last 10 years,before that they were awful,do the IOW randonnee which does it properly 😂
