ProblemX likes playing a slow methodical game where he can pick you apart from afar. Daigo wasn't having any of that. He rushed ProblemX from the get go. It shook ProblemX of his game and timing.
For sure, ProblemX needed to punish him good and hard as soon as possible. Constantly getting flustered just told Daigo to keep going and continuously up the ante.
I just realized...Problem lost because he already had a V-skill projectile stored from WAAAAY earlier in the round, and he forgot. I guess having no indicator can hurt both Bison and his opponent...
It’s so weird that this naturally got fixed in CE lol. 100% agree it was kinda dumb there was no indicator, Bison VS1 can be kinda misleading on if it parried.
Joe Donh doesn’t matter if problem x gave daigo indigestion, daigo DEVOURED him in this match. This is one of those matches you look back on and you just know in your gut how badly you got outplayed. The level and number of risks daigo had to take to beat problem x here is on another level. And problem x knows that every victory daigo got was one problem gave him, which makes this the worst type of L to have to hold.
Daigo walks forward to confuse problem x of his vskills boom absorbtion. In the third round of second match, problem x start pressing buttons and is not focusing on vskills asborb boom. Then daigo starts throwing sonic boom again
Wow daigo played out of his mind in this set. Daigo really kept problem x on his heels the whole time x couldn't get anything going. Daigo stuffed him so good . I never see him play this way it's always a turtle game with 150 booms in a match lol, I wonder does he play this rush down guile against other charge characters or was it a bison problem x training.
As a guile main, i can tell you the nerfs on guile prevent you from spamming booms and you have to learn to play offensively some how. Daigo has adapted whilst i still have a ways to go. Splendid performance
Problem is obviously a beast, but it doesn't seem like he adapted to the vtrig usage from Daigo and he let Daigo run his offense, taking control of the set, especially after the 3rd round.

Bison’s my main character, too. And I have to admit that Guile’s fighting style is totally anti-Bison. An average Guile can frustrate a very good Bison.
