LTG is toxic and unpleasant. But most people who know him from his video definitely weren’t even around in the FGC during that time. LTG was actually quiet known and liked by many pro players to that time. But his stream and this grudge match showed his toxic side and in combination with the internet that feeds off of that it really painted a new picture of him. But yeah, most people don’t know who he was until this video. He can only blame himself but yeah he definitely didn’t build his persona when he started out as he was around since the actual (offline) FGC. It’s just that most people don’t know coz they weren’t around as well

The fact is, you don't need to play 8 hours a day everyday like dale, you just need to learn how to practice fundamentals and learn from your mistakes and the skills will carry over. Viscant was an evo winner in a game much harder than sf4, so all he had to do is look up what works and lab some combos. Dale really thinks that playing random people and rageing makes him better, but clearly his skills have never improved.

The thing is he got to diamond w JP during the first few weeks easily when no one knew how to play against JP. then after a while once everyone figured out JP he dropped in rank so fast and started complaining about how JP was "so hard to play and so much work just to win with". He wanted to capture lighting in the bottle twice with this momment trying to provoke beef with bigger people than him in the FGC but most people just ignored him. His inflamatory behavior (regardless if it was real or not) didnt help the reach of his channel with plenty of strikes and bans.
