Cyno: Artifacts Comparison | Genshin Impact 

I'm gonna sub because these kind of videos are more informative than any build video imo

So basically: Gladiator's Finale - for consistent damage, without relying much on elemental reactions. > Can be used on any team composition. Thundering Fury - excels in elemental reactions; aggravate and hyper-bloom. > Best if you have Dendro and/or Hydro in team composition. Gilded Dreams - relies mostly on team composition, but provides amazing buffs regardless. > Preferably two electro characters in team composition, the first one already being Cyno. Retracing Bolide - great placeholder if you have none of the artifacts mentioned above, but requires a shield. > Any team composition so long as you have a shielder. It wasn't in the video, but I'll add it anyways: Thundersoother - another great placeholder, but heavily requires the enemies to be always affected by electro. > Mono Electro Team Composition. Also, not recommended to use against elemental enemies, slimes for example. Edit (10/06/22): I would also like to add that while artifacts such as Gladiator's Finale, Retracing Bolide, and Echoes of an Offering are amazing artifacts for Cyno, the 4-piece set bonuses of these does not buff his skill which is crucial to maximizing his overall damage output. This isn't a discouragement for you to not use these artifacts, it's just a little detail that must be clarified.

I love thse videos. They are way better than any "build guides". Especially when all looks simillar to each other and I want to know exact difference between artifacts sets. Especially when I have enough of Gilded Dreams teams and Im in dire need of just pure electro xD

Remember the "best artifact set" is one that works with the rest of your team. Also, some sets are better for your resin if you have another character that uses one of the sets from the same domain. This is just my opinion since resin can be hard to come by sometimes.

very good video. You are the only one who makes these comparisons, I appreciate it very much. Have you tried trying aggravate compositions with a Geo with archaic petra? Remember that Geo does not remove the dendro state, only the electro. So it could work right?

So to sum it up: gilded dreams, signature weapon - em sands for raw and reaction damage. No signature weapon - raw dmg atk sands; reaction dmg em sands. Glad, signature weapon - em sands for raw and reaction dmg. No signature weapon - atk sands for raw dmg; em sands for reaction dmg Overall, if you have the signature weapon go em sands. If you don't, then it depends on what team you run him in. Reaction dmg gonna be more geared to em sands while raw electro to atk. Hope this helps, cuz watching the video helped me.

Great video, but really showcases that the damage values are not really something to stress about. Team compositions affects it so greatly and artifact substats can skew the damage outputs.

Nice comparison, I’m going with glad and vortex with nearby 60/170 ratios, 200 em and 2100 atk and im really satisfied with the dmg and i have no plans to change his build so far cuz i really cannot farm smth new and ive never farmed TF, still awesome to see the difference and i know glad cant buff his whole kit but imo overall good stats can makes me ignore the lack of boosting everything

in summary, using BiS weapon, use Gilded set. using other weapon, Gladiator/TF set.

Question : Does cyno dmg different with different reactions? Like does it have to be aggravate reaction? Can it be superconduct, etc reactions? Is aggravate recommended to use because it can give sub dmg like anemo's swirl?

i have his best in slot weapon with 4 piece glad… im so hesitant with changing his art set out bc i have 31% crit dmg on almost every single piece (89cr/267cd) but only 37 em. should i change his arts to include some more em? idk.. his current artifacts rn with their current sub stats are just so good 😭😭😭 (i tried 2 piece glad/2 piece gilded and i’m not sure if that’s better or if 4 piece glad is… with 2glad/2gilded his stats are ~70cr/247cd with 261 em [normal, no double dendro].. i’m wondering if that extra em is better in the long run or bc my glad sub stats are so hot i should just leave it as it is?? (i use aggravate for cyno the most tbh, with nahida). speaking of nahida^ i have her on 4 piece gilded and stacked a lot of em on her in general

How good is cyno with retracing bolide/ Vortex vanqisher and zhongli as a shielder/shred??

I'm currently running 2pc TF and Wanderer's because of the great substats with an ATK% sands because my Cyno is equipped with PJWS. I would farm a full TF or gladiator set for Cyno but what's the point? Mihoyo is just going to keep dishing out mini games.

how about 2pcs with tf and 80em, do you think 15% electro dmg bonus can be compared to 14%atk + 100em? (4pc gilded 1electro 2non electro)

I'm really happy with Homa and Glad Finale.

Playing for quite a while now..and i do think that TF is the best out of them. Spamming E(more dmg & more particles) when doing team rotation. Dont have to focus on ER that much which is pretty good.

im using full glad set with sand atk (no EM yet) with calamity queller weapon is it good ?

Gladiator ends up being the best option for general cases. TF has higher DMG but only in the perfect case and conditions. And Gladiator has the same DMG than Guilded, except that you don't have to mind about if you're doing reactions or what elements do your party members have.

If you're using signature,go for Gilded with Em sands
