Denis is not resting , he's still training not putting his videos out there for Devon or Levan to watch & observe . I Already said this ..... Denis is studying all the videos that Devon is putting out there so he can see a smarter way to beat him while Denis is not really doing that many videos so he knows Devon would watch & study . Strategy - said this 1month or 2 mnths ago . When Denis faces Devon & at this rate , Denis should be close to about 90% of he was in his arms . Strength , & Strategy , Tactics , Denis will be smarter on the way he pulls Devon . Absolutely. I always try to help and support Denis. He is just such a great human being, he deserves all of his success. But in all seriousness, that wrist device seems pretty dang handy.
I would really love to see Denis fighting more for height, a polished high outside move by Denis will be unstoppable, also will like to see him training his explosivity more for Devon

Я думаю, что Денису стоит выступить на АМС! У него есть хорошие шансы победить. Даже Давид Шамей там выступил не будучи полноценно выступающим армреслером!!! Выступление Дениса привлекло бы больше внимания к турниру и в теории могло бы увеличить призовой фонд.
Looks like an awesome device! Especially for me that has super weak wrist curl strength. but always get too lazy to actually train wrist curls in the gym after all the other stuff.
I use a hockey shaft I cut short and drilled a hole through, put rope through the hole and then you hang weights from the rope and twist it up and down. I will probably get this device though. Seems better.
@@drewdavies1176 I used to do that when I was a teenager to get stronger for wrist shots and slap shots as a defenseman in hockey. At 15 yo my dad couldn't bend my wrist and he's a strong blue collar.
@@Zooom-s5f I never tried maxing. Got pain at very light weights so I decided to call it way before I hit my true max. If I actually did some sessions at light weights I'm sure I could have gotten rid of he pain and tried a max. Anyways, I know my max is terrible. My wrists are by far the weakest link of my body.

Народ надо пролайкать комменты в которых люди пишут про желание приобрести именно такую же ручку как у самого Дениса, прям точную копию по весу и размеру. Чтобы он сделал партию именно таких ручек и если он ещё на них распишется или гравировку сделает от его имени, то вообще будет супер👍
He has always been pretty lean. That is why he is called "Hulk".. He doesnt look like a strongman competitor, he looks like a combination between a bodybuilder and strongman.
