Im such a huge ermes fan! Theres nothing not to love about this guy! Hes humble, ferocious on the table, amazingly well spoken and his English is getting better all the time. Not too mention the fact that he gave current levan the hardest match of his career. Ermes went life and death with the best on the planet and TBH id rather be ermes in a way then levan in that match. Ermes came out as the people's champ like rocky vs Apollo in rocky! Remember, rocky lost on points but he slowly and steadily through Sheer grit, will, heart and determination just kept coming and in the end he had Apollo on the verge of getting KO'd but ran outta time. That is exactly like how Ermes vs Levan went!
Do 1-3 or 4 reps for strength. If you are atleast an intermediate lifter and are always doing atleasst 5, 10, 20 reps, you will get hypertrophy but not much stronger, which is why they call it popcorn muscle.
@Wesley Cheney that is absurd. 6 reps is fine for strength training. The biggest thing by far is progressive overload; you always want to lift a bit more every week

Your arm strength already phenomenal Ermes, humbly suggest you can increase your hand and wrist strength. Again you have tremendous hand and wrist but Levan match he always caught you from your hands.
