In my experience Stephen simple answer hotels don’t know how to make curry and when they do it’s just too bland .They are frightened to add spices it’s always just curry powder

Stayed round the corner at the Vrissaki beach hotel and that was the worst A/I food choice we've ever had, absolute shocking for the size of the hotel, but that looks 100 times better
