Hey I’m just a dude but I wanna sincerely thank you for making this mod, Deception has been my favorite game of all time and so much to the point where I have it tattooed on my forearm. I’ve been playing MK since I was 4, and I’m almost 25 now so damn near 20 years of playing this game and NRS has never been able to recapture the magic that took place during the 3D era of mortal Kombat. You’re doing a great job and if you do take contributions I’d be willing to donate to help
Made my day with this, I don't mind the bomb change since it looks both faster and accurate on where it drops and nice to see Sambo used as another martial art that was just abandoned after Deadly Alliance
Would be nice. But it's still a great achievement that he managed to port so many MKDA/MKA unplayables and fixed the ones that were already in the game.
More incredible work as always! Great to have the cyber ninjas back in and thriving! Love that you went through the trouble to reimplement the grenades and buzz saw!
Hopefully the rest of the MK5 characters (bar Moloch and Mokap) will be in the game. So basically Kano, Reptile, Mavado and Hsu Hao at this point. As for the last 2 slots, I’m thinking maybe the two Chameleons, but I’m not sure.
When I saw this I was first confused because my mind played trick on me, making me think that Cryax was in MK Deception. But then I went and checked it out and turns out that he was in Deadly Alliance and Armageddon only. Anyway, nice work. But the mines that he drops does not bounce like they should. They just fall straight down like a solid steel ball and that's it. Also, I don't know if it is possible, but maybe you can do his net special move, when he shoots net out of his chest? Like, make it work like Scorpion's harpoon only looking like a green net and that's it. But this is just my suggestion.
@@ermaccer Well, reaction can be standard to that of reaction for Scorpion's spear, it will not look bad. And since you can add new characters in to the game, I think that you can change the look of that spear to a net.
Question, why does the sector sound sound at the beginning of each movement? It looks so strange... aside from that, congratulations! another mk DA character on the roster and there are only 6 spaces left to fill. incredible work, as always. It is an honor to have this project just 20 years after the launch of this phenomenal game.
@@ermaccer Before Cyrax performs the special move, whatever he does, before the sound of the special move, the sound of Sektor's missile plays. Couldn't that sound be changed for a more personalized one? I don't know, it sounds so bad... but it's just a question. If you like it that way, we will like it too. I say this because, for example, they changed the sound of the spin from kung lao to that of mk2

@@hurricane7727 I know, it's shown because he's with Nitara in Netherrealm. Sektor is found in Edenia, he asks you to get a part for him because he was damaged.
Hello bro. Big thanx for your mksm hook mod that can allow me move the camera BUT can I disable perspective on camera? I need this for ripping with ninja ripper. If I rip stages then it causes bad meshes forms with distorion effect. I think its because Perspective effect on camera.
@@nostalgia5592 DA models aren’t compatible with Deception so those skins aren’t possible to add. Plus no point in adding two versions of the same character anyways
I've been trying to install this mod but because of the latest update to PS2 emulator I can't install the plugins, is that the problem or is there something else I have to do?
Ninjitsu is MKA version which is better, Sambo got some bug fixes and increased damage for almost everything. I'm not just porting DA styles, they also get edited.
