Cyril, an ice guardian dragon, voice by Jeff Bennett, makes his first appearance in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning. Cyril is portrayed as an elegant yet arrogant character. He has a few unused lines that would have played in the elemental training sessions if they were included. Most of them contain Cyril praising Spyro for his efforts. I am not quite sure why they aren't used in game---it was probably a choice of preference by the developers to not include them---though some of Cyril's lines are well performed.
