There are all different types of acne like Whiteheads Blackheads Papules Pustules Nodules Cysts Acne Conglobata Acne Mechanica Hormonal Acne also, acne also comes from things like genetics hormones diet excess hair and a lot more. her treating her skin shows her trying to get it fixed.

I suffered from bad acne from the time I started my cycle at a very young age (8-9 yrs old) and went through years of Dermatologists, aestheticians and trying various skincare lines. Eventually when I reached my twenties I started paying attention to food triggers, cleaning the cell phone, changing my pillow case, using paper towels, and being very minimal and CONSISTENT with what I was using. I saw someone mention that oral medication is the way to go with severe acne and this is true. Spirinolactone did it for me. After about 3 years of a good regimen and the SP my skin is completely clear. I may take my Spiro once a week. I use my Tazorac topical once a month. My consistent go to is the Kiehls brand. I also Microneedle my face once a month or every other. Also, please don’t use those Clarisonic brushes. There is a reason they went out of business. I had mine for years and didn’t realize how it was harboring bacteria until I stopped using it. Great Job, Kristen! This video is amazing and soothing….and your model is breathtaking 🥰😍. @@person2194 I do and it hasn’t been an issue. I’ve been doing it for years, but very rare. Maybe once every 3-4 months. I’ve also incorporated IV hydration and liquid iron. Skin still going strong!

I know I’m 2 years late seeing this video but I just want to say this is exactly what I needed rn. I just got off birth control a few months ago (after 13 years!) and it was going pretty well until last week. Hormonal acne erupted on my chin and it was an instant hit to my self esteem. I’ve been feeling pretty bad about it and then I saw this video and what I felt instantly for her is just so much love. She is stunning and her skin truly looks amazing. Im currently on accutane, im on month 3 and my skin has no pimples or cyst , just hyperpigmentation and scars but once I finish with accutane I will get chemical peels or laser.

What a beautiful girl and this facial has her skin looking amazingggg! I suffered with the same acne (Im an esthetician) and i see she is definitely inflamed with cysts on her cheeks which is a sign of imbalanced gut health. Getting rid of foods that contain mucus such as dairy gluten and staying away from refined sugars will cure her acne in a month! Dermatologists aren't as helpful. This is for all of the comments that suggested she get on Accutane. Trust me, diet is everything!

I always get confused on whether or not it’s safe to do peels on skin with active flare ups I feel like it’d irritate the cystic acne more! So how do you ensure good effective results without further irritating the skin during this type of service?

I think a lot of this break outs are due to our diets. We need to implement more water an lessen our sugar intake an detox are body to get out the impurities in our system. Less sodas an juice

Hormonal acne is hard to beat because it has something to do with your genes. I am not used to eat chicken because i will break out a lot. She should check the food that triggers her hormonal acne.

I WAs juuuuust Thinking the same thing! I honestly believe she should go to an allergist and an OB/GYN to make sure that she doesn't have PCOS. Her skin looks like she's got allergies to gluten and some other foods. I really hope she thinks to go to an allergist.

Thanks for the question! I was taught at my job to do it before or you can do it after extractions. To me, it depends if the peel is more stimulating because with freshly opened extractions it could be uncomfortable for the client. This peel is a bit tingly for some but not for others. But her skin was definitely well cleansed before!
