Soo, since you clearly seem to be an expert on all things CyTus (or at least knowledgeable), are the rest of the characters worth playing? I’ve listened to the song previews and they’re not terrible, but I am more interested in the story. Will the extra characters enlighten any extra detail to the CyTus-verse? (Any opinion is welcome, all I ask is stay as spoiler free as possible. I’m thoroughly enjoying this roller coaster of IM threads)
Punk Neko admittedly has a weak backstory but very fun charts (a lot of stamina charts) so if you like her as a character you'll have a good time. Aroma is phenomenal and I recommend everyone play her to max before Paff around the 50s for maximum story impact. She has an easy pack but gorgeous songs and is solid on all fronts. If you've maxed paff you won't get as much out of her story as a lot of it has woven together. Nora is phenomenal. Challenging charts and a lot of story you can't get elsewhere so for lore grab her for sure. Her charts are bangers and great songs too.
Xenon you'll get some backstory but tbh it's not my favorite. He has good technical charts, plus a secret standalone song + is half of unlocking floor of lava so hes worth it imo. ConneR is my favorite song/chart wise. Lore wise you'll get stuff that isn't turbo essential but is certainly world/society building and interesting. Joe is great. You find out about the goings-on of gangs that tie into nora a bit. A few tearjerker moments, very solid supplemental pack. Cherry was forgettable until recent updates... a lot of her and Simon's relationship without much else until higher levels where there are some big surprises. Shes my least favorite for slow progression and lackluster songs based on my tastes.

I think there is a reason why her command code is 390239. In the Japanese language, "3" and "9" can be read in different formats with 3 being read as "mi" or "san" and 9 being read as "ku" or "kyu". When the code is read in Japanese Romanji format, it can say either "mi-ku-ni-san-kyu" or "san-kyu-ni-mi-ku". Either way, the message is still the same: "Thank you, Miku". From what I see in this whole video log. The story takes inspiration from a light novel written by Cosmo/BousouP (The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku. Same as the song). But adding those Cytus 2 twist spices and it was made by a company researchers than a group of school researchers. That makes the difference.

The producer of Miku is a monster. For profit, the 2.3.9 version of Miku was replaced with 2.4. That company is really a black business, I miss Miku 2.3.9 pwq
My first DLC first i thought it was a bad move cuz i was already broke enough but when i finished it i was proven wrong so sad and heartwarming its worth the story but dont buy it like me if your not broke go for it if your broke dont do its a very bad financial move (and im Filipino 9.99 is alot on the Philippines)
519 pesos is so expensive but songs are really expensive. Im filipino too just got the game during the hatsune miku promo and right on the kizuna update.
I just saw a miku processor in the TL log and was like TF? So i researched and found out that she had a dlc in the game so I recently just missued a Bug in a older cytus 2 game ver to buy the dlc and it was a good choice. The Story is amazing. Im normally not really interessted in the stories from the game but this story was different so I would say the Best dlc so far Story whise? The Songs in the otherhand were a bit to easy but good choosen. I would recommend buying the dlc for the Story but dont get excited for the difficulty. The dlc is made for the Story
