CZ knocked it out of the park with the Bren 2!! I am most definitely a fan. I've got a 9 inch chambered in 762 and a 16 inch Rifle in 556 on order. Also I've got the CZ Scorpion Micro PDW and it has been flawless too. An absolute blast to shoot!
Great review brothers from another mother!! So I got one of the first 762x39 14.7” models that came over. I’ve loved it so far and have modified the gas selector and also have the factory updated one as well. Never had any problems out of mine but would like to see a longevity round count failure to see how far the 762 x39 bolt will go. I just don’t wanna put mine up for that testing cause I’m pretty sure I’d never find the parts to repair it😂.
My absolute favorite rifle I own, I love it more than my Scar, MCXs and all my other rifles. Mine is the 14.1 version that I pinned and welded. Only thing I changed was the trigger shoe for an HBI one that eliminated all the over travel.
@@OpieInTheSmokies the Bren 2 just looks right with the bayonet lug and OEM stock on the 14 inch. I also added the pic rails on the handguard because I’m part of the quad squad. The one other thing I might add is the lingle industries enhanced bolt catch, not sure if you have seen it.
My original stock has got mad vertical play in it. Its concerning. I have the sling mount delete insert thingy and I may built up the material on that to shim the play away. But damn, for a 2g rifle. My one and only.
Had one, sold it once I realized CZ doesn’t support the platform with parts. Emailed them directly about them selling caliber conversions/barrels they said they have no plans to at this time. Other than that, I enjoyed it
@@OpieInTheSmokies ahh gotcha. I have a spare b&t stock and was hoping I can just purchase an adaptor for it. But it looks like haga defense sells it as a combo only. Thanks again!
