My video on the Scorpion 3 Plus Micro 9mm suppressor & handguard clearance with the SilencerCo Omega 36M (lightly touches the polymer handguard) and Octane 9 2.0 (more clearance). Then figured I might as well do a quick overview of the 3 Plus generation for anyone interested, including the trigger weight which is my main complaint with the 3 Plus so far.

The trigger is heavy cuz it was designed to be shot in auto. It does make it insanely easy to bump fire though

Great vid!! I have the 46M Hybrid and this vid let's me know what to expect as I believe the 46M and the 36M are the same in diameter. did you install using the stock barrel or did you use an extension or extended barrel? and did you run the 36M on the Micro at all? I called CZ and they said that there should be no issues w/ heat (assumption due to the handguard being polymer vs aluminum).... also, how'd you get that damn flash hider off!!!! 😀

Thanks. Stock barrel. So I found out about the soft bolt that can disable the safety plunger, and the Nexus Bolt is too expensive to add to this so I sold it. I used an NCstar AR15 Armorer's Barrel Wrench and sacrificed the single pin Spanner that looks like a hanger (pin and faux suppressor both bent). I should have probably heated it first since it looks like it had red loctite.

AP5 is more fun with less recoil (since its roller delayed and weighs more) and it suppressed really great. Scorpion would be more functional except I lost faith that CZ fixed the soft bolt/ out of battery detonation issue.

@@bench175 Sweet, okay so this may make me seem dumb, but I removed 3 of the little hex screws from hand guard and I can’t get the hand guard to come off, and there’s no videos of removing it? I took out bcg, removed 3 screws, and nothing. What am I missing? Lol

Nevermind, used a strap wrench and got it off! Lol
