I heard it when it was very recently broadcast in my hometown. The impression is quite different. At times during the broadcast, the trumpet was so overwhelming that it turned into a trumpet concerto. Even brass instrument players in cases of Eastern European orchestras make the sound vibrate, making it sound even effectively bigger. It's not that noticeable in this video. Moreover, the tempo is very fast. It's been a long time since I heard an interesting performance of the 5th Symphony!!
