Hi, Jan. Thank you for the information. The relocation company which I contact with, says that they are waiting for the registration of the company to the governmental fast track programme, and they did not give me some agreement. How long on average does it take? Because I have been waiting since November 15th, and could not apply to the Embassy.

Hey! The registration can take long weeks. There are many documents needed along with a recommendation from some official party (i.e. Czech Invest, Chanber of Commerce etc.).

Hi Jan. Useful video! I have a question for u. I have an application for employee card in progress. I did not know that i could follow up the progress online. But now i got to know it. I only have an application number which consists of 10 numbers only. But on the official website it asks for a number which have 4 alphabets in the beginning. But i dnt hav that. Do u know anything abt it? Thanks in advance!

Try add the letter in the front. If that does not work, you will have to ask the MOI for a proper number of your file :)

hi..I applied my work permit extension last Jan 9 at MOI but still has no feedback until now. Since Im planning to have a vacation in my country, I will apply for bridging visa however Im worried that while im on my vacation, they will send me the schedule for biometrics.. incase I am not able to attend the said schedule, can I just reapply for my visa again?

How long does it take for the MOI to reply to ask for status of any application? Do they even respond to these emails?

Emails? :D E-mails do not really work with the MOI. You should send them an official letter in Czech signed by you. And then ... they stil often do not reply :D The only thing the respond to is the complaint against inactivity.

Hello, I got accepted from UCT Prague for bachelor degree, I got my visa appoitment last month. My all documents were complete and well translated. University is going to start next month ( they also mentioned it in acceptance letter), I also got accepted from dorm. I wonder would my visa get an approval before university starts? I really wish to study there a lot, and studied a lot for this. Thank you if you reply.

Blue Cards should in theory go faster but they often don't either. Only the Employee Card economic migration programs are generally faster.

If you ask about the seasonal work visa, that can be extended tops to 6 months in total. It can not be extended after that and it can not be converted into anything else either.

As mentioned under another of your comment, you unfortunately never inow with the MOI. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes just in time, sometimes they take longer than they should by the law.

Generally yes, as long as the person has a notarized Power of Attorney but I would recommend confirming with the concrete Embassy.

Hey! Czech visas are only meant for Czech Republic. Also ost work related visas are limited to one specific position.

@@SunnyKumar-zc9zh What I mean is that if you have someone taking of your visa/residence permit, you should primarily speak with them. They have all the info about your case, I have almost no info about your case. Getting a Power of Attorney from you to go check your file might be good move. On the other hand, I have not seen the Power of Attorney, so maybe the PoA is not to check your file but to take your kidney for free. I can hardly say based on a comment :)
