I really hope to see these two divisions in the League, considering how powerful and versatile the Dünkirchen infantry is, I think there might even be a chance for it.

Thanks for explaining some of the strengths and weaknesses of this division. The commentary for the match was actually quite informative. I'm newer to the game and i've been really enjoying this division as Cromwell's are one of my favorite tanks. trying to get practiced up with them so I can do some crazy maneuvers. Shame there will be no river jumping xD

The Churchill IV is a great phase A counter to medium armour. The Cromwells alone are a bit anaemic against medium armour.

They are lazy. So they won’t. Only bringing divisions. Next is Space marines or Japanese troops. Would make no difference. Us troops on the eastern front feels shitty. It’s sad cause the game has a huge potential

Funn fact about Czechoslovak brigade, all the equipment till the last bullet was paid back by Czechoslovakien people to Britain... there is still a dispute about gold..

I don't know why, but this made me think I would really love for Eugen to add pacific front divisions. Indians, Australians, US Marines, and obviously Chinese & Japanese.

Then I think they should make a Steel Division focused on the Pacific Theater, or at least add Pacific Theater/China-Burma-India Theater maps to SD2 if they're going to add Pacific Front divisions. Seeing Japanese and Chinese troops fighting in Europe for some reason would be a little strange. :)

@@ennui9745 the problem if you did that is the balance would be whack : the japanese lacked armour in general, especially heavy armour, and by 1944 were also getting lackluster in the airforce department. The reason they held so long was the specific characteristics of jungle/island warfare - something that is quite difficult to replicate in engaging gameplay. But 1 on 1 they would be severely outmatched by any US/UK division. Now, if they were added to SD2, they could yet fight plenty of divisions with more similar characteristics, as well as get support from their allies in team games. On top of that, I should note we now have plenty of western front divisions, but no western front maps, which is just as jarring as having japanese troops fighting in western russia.

@@ennui9745 8th indian, they also have gurhkas come in the italien dlc, 17 pdrs and all the commonwealth equipment with some other new units. They are in the italien dlc

@@hkg207 holding off seems like the game ended 12/12 tie (neither could win the siege) since the CIABG casualties were really small. With all the powerful units and counters watching this feels like blitzkrieg.
