Audio rebuild by me...
Pumped the channels up from -60db right, -36dB left the first 25 min., and -42dB left -24db right on the rest . Removed some hiss, clicks, cracks, and crumbles, but kept most noise to retain authenticity. There was also a tsunami of phase-noise and jitter (especially around 32:46) caused by low volume and heavy compression on the mpeg2 source. The part after 14:43 had left channel at 16dB, so it got only a lightweight treatment.
-And the video contrast and color also got a slight touch of artistry... :P
