In this case, one of them is a major share holder and the other is a construction contractor, so we can't exactly make comparisons.. it can be either funding delays or materials procurement delays etc. It is a big web, so we can't exactly say what happens on ground.
Opening depends on the elections if maharashtra people vote for Indi alliance then this airport and all other projects will delay but if nda wins then everything will move fast
