Leading people to Christ is not for pastors, its go Christians. Great commission says go and make disciple and baptise them. It's not a pastors job, it's our job
Oh yes just that the more you know and do yhe heavier your judgement. Bible says judgement will start from the Church. Each person with 10 or 5 or 1 talent will have respective judgement
Same as Abraham he received the promise and followed his wife's voice and slept with the servant girl, just like Adam followed eve's voice eat the fruit. But remember when Abraham didn't want to send Ishmael away God told him listen to your wife. There are times when your wife's counsel is of God like when abigail advised her husband but he didn't listen and died, there are tunes when you shut your wife up like when jobs wife said curse God and die and job said foolish woman.

You don't submit to a guy you are courting. That's not scriptural, and if you want to know as a boy of a girl, I will submit to you. Look at her submission to God Paul said, "Follow me as I follow Christ. That's the formula. A woman can submit based on her submission to God. A guy can love based on his love and commitment to God.
