Nice Build bro! but in 7:44 you can't cast one spell with action and one spell with a bonus action in the same turn PHB page 202 "A spell cast with a Bonus Action is especially swift. You must use a Bonus Action on Your Turn to cast the spell, provided that you haven’t already taken a Bonus Action this turn. You can’t cast another spell during the same turn, except for a cantrip with a Casting Time of 1 action." And twinned spell don't make trigger two law of authory effect because twinned spell give you another target with the same spell and in that case you need to choose the ally who will attack "If the spell targets more than one ally, you choose the ally who can make the attack."
