The fact they were immediately able to subvert the joke by becoming suicidal before even knowing what the bit was is some kind of comedic divine intervention.
@@Im_Pickle_Rick_ it’s very advanced software that costs tons of money known as google slides… it’s free. it’s amazing what that dude can do with google slides.
The fact that nothing to progress the story happened for over 10 minutes... You're the greatest dungeon master!! Able to replicate DND to such a high degree...
Honestly you say that as a joke but I know there are so many DMs that'd just sit there and so, no there's nothing here move along, that Noah actually made the first screen entertaining is a good show.
I love the whole video, but my favorite part by far was Spider Wizard being squished behind that tree lmao. Amazing callback to the players as monsters video.
Noah: combines literally all enemies to make the most powerful boss ever Player(point crow, altrive, circletoons): combines into the conundum/humanconopede/the cannon boys to kill the first one
The two things that make recent videos better: 1) Noah having the time of his life instead of keeping it cool all the time; 2) Constantly changing subtitles.
That boss fight at the end was actually so cool, altrives coins he was investing came in clutch and circle sacrificed his 1/128th of health so pointcrow the leader could deal the final shot with his vampiric blade and win. You can't get peaker than this.
Bro i completely LOST IT when point crow just managex to take out a SHOTGUN and noah said it was a vampiric soward/blade💀💀😭😭😭 Also loves it when altrive continually asked if there was a coin behind everything even in times of fughting battles😭😭mans got his priorities straight💀
@@prayasbiswas2501 noah has little subtitle edits like that all the time. one of the main reasons i watch his vids instead of trating it like a podcast
I’m loving the cannon dwarf lore. At first, he was the gatekeeper of the underworld, testing the player’s strength and seeking to improve them when they fail. He ensured that they would be ready for the final boss. Following up on that, we now see him as the blacksmith, forging weapons to gift to the heroes. But since the training sessions with Fisch, Louie, and the other guy, he has himself gained strength, and uses this to fend off any potential threat. He may even be strong enough to fend off Miasilth, yet chooses not to so that the players may learn from their journey. I truly believe he is the unspoken hero of the Magic the Noah universe.
@@Not_melted_ice Likely not much of note there. He wasn’t killed, rather just stuck for a while as the monsters continued on their merry way. But he does not seem to take too much hostility from monsterkind (unless I’m missing something), and even provides for them as much as humans. Since he set up shop here, he likely utilized that shop for the small campsite for the gremlins. We never see him do anything in that episode however, as Failboat the horse trapped him behind a wall. One thing of note though is that according to the timeline, this video should take place *before* that one. Whenever Pointcrow references God, it is replaced with bread. But after he is killed by the bread god, he stops referring to any god as ‘bread’ (As shown in D&D but the players are terrible). In that same episode, we see Failboat as a centaur who wants to be a horse. And then in D&D but the players are monsters, he has become a full-on horse. So it is reasonable to assume that he was initially a centaur, then became a horse. So this gap in the timespan likely shows that this was at least settled by the cannon dwarf after Miasilth’s defeat, and has continued to use his time for the benefit of other’s safety.
@@benjaminschmitt1562 But in failboats backstory he got cursed to be a horse for losing i think? And then searched for a solution i think it was very long and drawn out.
Noah: **Prepares something ridiculously difficult to mess with the players** The players: **Proceeds to do things ridiculously dumb that messed up Noah**
Players: (are greeted by a perfectly normal-looking D&D screen including a potion shop, a weapons shop, and things to explore) Players' very first line: "Can we throw Eric in the fire?"
I adore the fact that Altrive still continues to check the same rock for a gold coin even if the one and only coin is actually right next to it and didn't noticed it.
It reminds me of those old school text adventure games like Oregon trail: You doo something dumb:you die You do something smart:you die You do nothing:you die
@@muhammedmuha4846 looking at the fact they only managed to get into the final boss arena while being underleveled (not to forget it wasn't even planed and more improvised by noah) it speaks more for the later
09:00 I have never seen Noah go into "I don't care anymore" mode in the first 10 minutes of the video before. The players are evolving. I also love how players can now sort of bargain with Noah about their rolls via made up logic. Though it works both ways and can end harming them as well.
Immediately starting off with Altrive and Circle wanting to throw Pointcrow in the starting point's campfire is certainly a Magic the Noah moment. Also, Miasilth The Plague Serpent deserves to be the main villain of the entire Magic the Noah cinematic universe.
@@lorenzobuero7115 Canon Dwarf is the powerful enemy that slowly starts chilling out more and more after his first defeat, biding his time waiting for the 1.5 hour vid's sequel (totally happening.) Despite this, the plague serpents seem to be pure evil, although it is their first appearance. I guess only time will tell if they chill out like almost every other enemy.
Altrive saying that he's an Eagle scout and then 5 milliseconds later walks straight into the fire he just made is a true boy scout move. He is a true inspiration.
Can we talk about the fact that the Art is getting consistently better, I don’t know if Noah draws them himself but if he does then really good work keep improving colorless is a color
cannon dwarf is always friendly. that was just his tough love, strenghtening them to fight the... was it the time god? whatever the boss was, it was weaker than cannon dwarf by the end.
I really like how Noah mess with the subtitle "I think it's rigged" *"I think it's not rigged"* "I think your wheel is rigged" *"I think your wheel is fair and balanced"*
But God has helped me to this very day; so I stand here and testify to small and great alike. I am saying nothing beyond what the prophets and Moses said would happen- that the Messiah would suffer and, as the first to rise from the dead, would bring the message of light to his own people and to the Gentiles. Acts 26:22-23
@@Eggyprezfox i said 2 minutes as exatregration. Jamin died as soon as the slide shows up and the wheel spins, therefore he died immidiately as soon as the show start
I love how it took 1/5 of the whole video to get into the theme of said video considering the only thing needed for that to happen is saying "I will go right".
0:52 Should've had a mimic detector. Could've used an air strike and avoided that. 44:04 GUYS CHECK IT OUT edit: 350 likes?! That's CRAZY. OH I SEE the amount of likes you guys gave me. Thank you, this made my day.
We need noah the magic lore. Each video is connected into one cinematic universe. Everyone in Noah's gameshows are cannon and also their personality and gameplay determine what kind of person, fighter etc they are. Same characters (reused assets) actually have lore for appearing twice. For example cannon dwarf was once infamously evil. But after its defeat by the three players, it took a life of peace, although it still has its great strength as shown in noahs videos, hes still strong. So yeah someone should make a lore about this.
We kind of do. We have a dark wizard who likes electrocuting children, 2 people who are the only normal ones, and a paladin who cannot escape from his holy bread God even in different videos!
1:26 PointCrow: I think it's rigged Subtitles: I think it's not rigged PointCrow: I think your wheel is rigged Subtitles: I think your wheels is fair and balanced
I love how Pointcrow just turns it into cinema "I will jump off the dragon land on the head of the serpent, drive my vampiric sword into him, and pull the trigger" like damn
10:29 This being canon makes sense. In the video where the players got the Sisyphus experience, I’d like to imagine that every time cannon dwarf was attacked, he would block with his canons and receive no damage as he would just replace them at the end of the turn.
Love how Noah always changes the subtitles XD it’s just so funny to see every time 1:26: it’s fair 5:28: beaver 19:10 what a good call back 36:40 indeed that it is common knowledge that altrive is the real final boss 43:02 absolutely spectacular editing Noah I have never seen something more high quality 48:39 should have used some of altrives gold coins to fund the translation
One of my favourite things about these is the spinner. You can roll dice on google, just like how Noah flips coins, but we always get the 1-20 spinner.
A visitor ?… Hmm… Indeed, I have slept long enough. The kingdom of Heaven has long since forgotten my name, and I am EAGER to make them remember. However, the blood of Minos stains your hands, and I must admit, I'm curious about your skills, Weapon. And so, before I tear down the cities, and crush the armies of Heaven... you, shall do as an appetizer. Come forth, child of man, and DIE.
You know when you start Dark Souls and you get to the hub area? This is that. They all perfectly emulated the "Fuck Around and Find Out" procedure that follows. 10/10
I like to imagine this as an isekai story but the heroes the god summoned are incredibly inept so he has to continually revive them and offer them "divine assistance" to make an attempt to progress their journey.
Now i started to imagine bread god was the who keeps reviving them and fight with the plague serpents to choose among them his loyal paladin which is pointcrow
*GODDAMN,* the graphics & the special effects just keep getting better with each video! Also, absolutely love the little easter eggs with the subtitles (like with Pointcrow's "oh my god" subtitles saying "oh my bread" at one point as a reference to that one gameshow where he was playing as a Paladin who worshiped bread, or the word "gauge" being written 12 times when Poinntcrow said 12-gauge, along with many others I'm too lazy to comment). Also love that Cannon Dwarf keeps making appearances in these videos! And *DAMN,* that final fight was actually *BADASS!* Probaply the most intense one yet out of all Magic the Noah boss battles, lol. Overall, awesome video!
noah: i'll make this game that just kills the players to laugh at them also noah: I'll make all their dreams come true so I can crush them with merciless deaths
