Oh man. I'm excited. The first D&D set was absolutely awesome, and I'm loving the look of this one, too. And I don't mind mixing! Heh. I run a sidekick (or NPC) heavy team, and there's some stuff here that's really gonna help me - and some stuff my opponents can use to hurt me!
OH man!!!! Thanks tom you have made it second Christmas for me! With Drizzt and a lot of super abilities with shield and fist swarm to add to other teams! Cleave can be a killer!!
I love it, Tom. You gave a disclaimer about your pronunciation of the card names, and then repeatedly pronounced Drizzt's name correctly (which is probably the most mispronounced word in all of D&D).
OMG at this set, wow its GOOOODDD. The synergy in the D and D sets the comic sets simply don't provide, I don't understand why, I am seeing actual theme based synergistic combos with the first set
oh nice now the cards have some legend (with the potions mostly). and the last potion shown is just balls to the wall kind of insane. AND i LOVE IT! hey Tom any news about the release of TMNT set/tin?
Tom likes Dice Master and is adding it to his collection? Well, blow me down! Actually, I was surprised that he liked the D&D stuff more than Marvel. I may have to see about getting the starter at least.
I see that you are trying to cut down the outro, but overlapping two bits creates a jarring effect. How about cutting it down considerably? Eric's bit is just too long. The people and the die are cute, but cramping everything in the end is not so good. Of course, who cares about the outro, after hearing it 1000+ times it is just blah blah for me :)
this is a terrible review. i have no idea why tom is so popular, but whatever- good for him. so many complaints with this review though...bad pronunciation, not explaining enough of the mechanics, focusing on stupid shit like "oooh pretty dice!" just c'mon dude, my god.
leshtricity He literally said look at his other dice masters reviews for how the game works. He's done tons of reviews for the different dice masters sets, it's ridiculous to expect him to explain the game in every review.
