D-Day 80: Part One - The Allies 

The build-up to D-Day started as early as the first US soldiers landed on British soil after the attack of Pearl Harbor a month prior. This part one of the D-Day 80 Special looks at the events leading up to D-Day for the Allies including Dunkirk and who would be part of the Allied attack against the German war machine who had occupied Europe for 5 years as of 1944.
