your content has been consistently so good over the years, i feel like i'm paying you back for a lot of the knowledge. it makes me even happier to know it's helping you pursue your passion full time.
You are great, in your skills and every video you created! I was in the Navy through the 70's and went through tube and electronic training and in just recent years I have once again started working with guitar amps. You have helped me with coming around after all those years, but I will never be as good as you. You will definitely have my support!
This is the first video I've seen of yours and I subscribed without seeing any of your repair content, yet. I can tell that I won't be disappointed from only this short video. Will probably join you on Patreon also, after seeing some of your actual content. Good luck to you sir, its truly priceless when someone shares their lifes knowledge with anyone willing to take it. Thank you !
I love that you have found a way to make this happen. I think we all look forward to seeing it progress and also being part of the ecosystem (tribe) you are creating.
I was basically “forced” into retiring. Best thing that ever happened to me. Best wishes and good luck. I need to learn a little more about Patreon so I’ll be over to check it out.
Go for it Terry! You provide a valuable resource, for instance I built one of your 3 watt amps and I realized that I could build a good sounding, less expensive amp, (less than $150) because of this channel. I would gladly contribute, and your a fellow Michigander!!!
I am going to send you my TS 820 in for repairs soon. For the life of me I don’t remember what is wrong with it. It lights up but that is about it. It belonged to my departed friend Ike Smith it means a lot to get it chooching again.
I love this idea! Projects are piling up here (WRL 680, la-1linear, Heathkit sb610, Murch tuners, RME 4300, Hallicrafters s-40a, your favorite) and I would be glad to support you for some professional guidance.
This is awesome Terry. I can't tell you how many times I've sat here wishing I could ask you some simple questions about projects I'm working on, but not expecting to be able to simply post them in the 'comments" section and have you see them or be able to answer them. I'm In!
WOW I didn't realize you went back that far in RU-vid. Glad to hear that you're next stage in life is going well, I hope to be able to do the same in the future 👍👍👍
Hi Terry. I've enjoyed your instructional videos for some time. It seems I've always come away with something new. Well it's payback time. I'll be joining as a Patreon just as soon as I finish this message. I'll be very glad to be part of your journey. VY73 de Wayne, VE1WPH (Halifax, NS, Canada)
Terry, that is the best thing that you could do is run your own business.......your next step, if you start getting overwhelmed with repairs, is to hire a 'young dedicated service tech' to assist you with your endeavor !......BEST OF LUCK to you and the family....BE SAFE ! ! ! ! ------> 73
