D Livin - Why. Excellent 1992 track from D Livin, and definitely a pre cursor to the Jungle genre before it really kicked off. First heard this played out at Elevation, Roller Express towards the end of the summer of 92. Good times !!!
Dj Ron played this at a stush reunion about 3 years back and 5.0 had to tell him to wheel it back no less than 4 times!!! It smashed the dance to absolute pieces
As Top Buzz would have said -“jungle jungle jungle techno”. This tune was WAY ahead of its time. Remember it being blasted out by the pirates , summer 92.
@alfaomega5532 g Clubs will soon be a thing of the past sadly ! Early 90s were a amazing time to be young and raving and misbehaving We were the lucky ones
Jeeeeeeeeze! Third year in school 1992! Anthem! Weekend Rush 92.3 / Kool FM 94.5 / Defection 88.6 or 89.4? lol. . been so long/ Pulse FM m8! Back in the days!
they used 2 samplers. and obv. the records speeded up. master class ? i'd reserve to a few others who REALLY stretched the 950 in dollis hill NW london.. they'd bounce stuff out to DAT then bounce it back in
One of the slickest, most respected tracks of its era! Pretty rare, but simultaneously very well known and respected. Pirates used to blow up on this one!!
I still remember it after 27 Years, heard it in the milk! Club Mannheim Germany in 1993. still fantastic thanks mickeybeam75 for uploading. Bombaklad track
One beast of a tune!!!!! Thanks for uploading. I had this running around the back of my brain recently but didn't know the artist name so did a google search for 'hardcore track that goes 'track is so nice got to hear it twice. Why why why' and this was the first link that came up! Technology is a wonderful, wonderful thing (mostly)
Yes boss,it was done in a cul-de-sac in slough. Red hot station from back in the day. I don`t suppose you`ve got any green apple tapes knocking about? Apart from what`s already up on youtube
🚥🥁🚥🎸🚥🎹🚥🎤🔥☝️❤ whether u play dis at plus 2 .. normal speed or slowed down at minus 2 on the decks still sounds great ..what a stand out tune back in the day and still to the present .. huge anthem and a favourite
Whoa yeah, a proper anthem! This will still smash a dance up, and I don't think you'll find a proper hardcore raver from our era (90's, the best era, lol) who doesn't love this riddim! I'm screwing that I never bought this back then, and can't justify the ridiculous prices the original press goes for now.....damn! Thank fuck for RU-vid!
true story.. a few years after this made, I got the sampler that was used to make it fixed. they were just 2 dudes I knew of, via someone else.. didn't realise they'd made this also.
Had a song in my head that goes ' why tell me why ' , my friend sent me a link trying to help me find it. It was the wrong tune , but what a pleasant surprise. Never realized how much I missed this tune , a proper club classic.
currently i'm pasing "warriors dance at 389 harrow road" daily.. to go see a sick parent in hospital.. he worked there.. so did various others whose work you'd know elsewhere.. including the guy who would become A&R at hardleaders.. later.. big up carl collins
