Wondering how the D&R Webstation buttons can be integrated into your radio station automation software? Find out more here! There are specific notes concerning the integration with RadioDJ software.
I recorded the voiceover on my computer. However, I have my Webstation configured with an audio limiter on the microphone channel that results in the same sound!
My microphone is an EV RE320. I have a TRITON AUDIO FetHead connected to the microphone jack and the XLR cable plugged into the FetHead. In the console, I enable the 48v phantom power to energize the FetHead. The FetHead gives extra volume to quiet, dynamic microphones like the SM-7b, RE20, RE27, and others. smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XDPTDN5/
Good tutorial, I too have the webstation with RDJ and you can also use the module controls to have the faders start the main play, carts or aux players....good fun!
I have what is probably a Stupid question. I just got a D&R AirLite MK2 and I run it with RadioDJ. I’ve mapped the Control buttons and they all work properly. But for the Life of me I can NOT get the Control Buttons to light up red or green. They do light up green & red at start up but then they go out. The instructions are horrible for this process. Where do you set the Control Buttons to light up? In the Keyboard Mapper? The D&R Configuration Software? I’ve tried just about everything I can think of.
i believe the Rodecaster pro and the Zoom pod track P8 simplify this routing and make it plug and play, so why will anyone want this setup when you have a simplify equipment at a much cheaper price?
My understanding is that the RØDECaster Pro and the Zoom PodTrak P8 allow the user to download sounds into the device and play the sounds on the device using assigned buttons. They do not trigger automation software running on a computer, such as radio station software. The systems solve different challenges: podcasting vs. radio station management.
