Eminem is a true boy. His loyalty is crazy. To have his own career boom and still go to perform at so many D12 concerts and jumping on so many tracks. Real as hell.
Also, if you do some research, he didn't actually do a whole lot for D12. Not talking trash about Em, he's the GOAT and I love him, but he was really an honorary member.
Harvey Weir he is white so he made them more famous too not saying they would be famous at all but Em's career was handed to him which he has said himself I wish he would fuck with the outsidaz more young see in particular cause he is dope as hell em felt bad about leaving him and the crew in the dust and made a sound about it called fine line and young see responded with dear shady which was kinda like a fuck you for not being there and kinda ended with I'm still here just hit me up
Would have been cool for sure, wouldn't have been good for me! Would have screwed my mind! Altough I remember it getting people all pumped up seeing this on t.v and I went up with them and we smoke marijuana as a kid down the street! Again, not promoting weed
Eminem is GOAT.. The other verses would be considered above average in today's rap culture, but Eminem's verse would be considered absolutely unreal. D12
I was 13 when the Eminem Show came out. Spent my first savings ever to purchase the album because "Without Me" was the song that caught my attention and I instantly became a fan. Listened to the whole album and I was BLOWN AWAY! I have so many favorites till this day. I remember had to let my dad listen to the album too. My dad played the album in his car and he had "When The Music Stops" on repeat for months to the point where he and I rapped every verse word for word. I miss this young version of Eminem so much. He just didn't give a fuck and that's what I love about him.
So VEVO, why are you censoring this? Do you expect a little kid to listen to a song like this? Fucking uncensor your shit and make it restricted to anyone under a certain age.
tmanpsnvidz2796 the prob is that censorship refers to any one under 18, that would mean I would have to download or this stuff through my brothers account or make a new one
i remember listening to this song for the first time when I was 11 - it affected me so much; so much more than any other song in the D12 album. Even though it wasn't the most famous song from the album, something about it seemed so true - it rang a bell deep within me that no other lyrics have been able to do
If I were to die murdered in cold blood tomorrow Would you feel sorrow or show love Or would it matter Can never be the lead-off batter of things Shit for me to feed off I'm see-saw battlin But theres way too much at stake for me to be fake There's too much on my plate And I came way too far in this game to turn and walk away And not say what I got to say What the fuck you take me for? a joke? you smokin crack? Before I do that, I beg Mariah to take me back I get up 'for i get down, run myself in the ground, 'for I put some wack shit out I'm tryin-a smack this one out the park, five-thousand mark Ya'll steady tryin to drown the shark Ain't gonna do nothin but piss me off Lid to the can of whoop ass, just twist me off See me leap out, pull the piece out, fuck shootin i'm just trying to knock his teeth out Fuck with me now, bitch, let's see you freestyle Talk is cheap, motherfucker if you're really feeling froggish, leap Yo slim, you gonna let him get away with that? He tried to play you, you can't let him skate with that Man I hate this crap, this ain't rap, This is crazy the way we act When we confuse hip-hop with real life when the music stops
Seeing Proof alive seems unreal. I remember listening to D12 in 2002-2003, and lurking D12 World forums Back when I wasn't sober, it was strange times, full of haze, but I remember D-12 music. I remember everyone had debates who was the best in the group, and it was a very diverse time on that forum. This is 2023 now, 20 years later...it's nuts. Videos freeze moments and take you back
