I'm doing everything on my '95 except a built motor, lol. MS PnP with TunerStudio running on a raspberry pi and a 7" touch screen, ID1000 injectors on e85, GT3076R (eBay), air to water intercooler, Zeitronix wideband, etc. I'm debating on whether I want to pull pistons and widen the ring gaps a bit and throw some ceramic piston coating on while I'm in there. I'd like to see how far you can push a stock single cam when you have good fuel and tuning.

This should be interesting...do jou mind if I ask why you ran the air intake across the engine instead of either scooping through the hood or somewhere to the right? You mentioned dynoying it so being able to cool the intake temp makes sense to me.. I'm looking to get another hardbody soon.... check into using compressed air to cool the intercooler and almost like nitrous also...thanks guys
I recently bought a 1995 hardbody and when it idles it slowly goes up from 0-3k rpms any suggestions on how to fix the idle creeping up that high I was thinking maybe the fuel injectors are dirty or the idle air valve please help I’m a huge fan of you guys by the way this video will help when i get enough money to turbo my own truck
I have a 93 and the idle air control valve was bad. Only found that out after I cleaned the maf sensor and replaced the ambient air temp sensor in the air filter housing because the wires were broken off the sensor.

I looked for the rev9 turbo manifold and can not find one anywhere do you have another web site I can get the manifold from I also need to know were do I send my mas air flow sensor to so that you could build the elbow and how much will it be
@@LocalLosers520 many different companies build them, there may be one that does a plug and play otherwise i'm rewiring my engine, or you could make a patch harness between the two. I'll do some more research and get back to you guys.
fuck, ya have a welder! get some old bar stock some scrap steel brake line transmission line or old power steering line... just has to work and it will for the oil and coolant system. tho... if you cant tig weld the bottom of two beer cans together, your not going to finish it ever!!!
