I have characters with some of the best gear in the game like enigma, but I also have a zon in full M'avina's. It's a great set to use on a freezing/exploding arrow amazon, that can clear everything in hell pretty easy.

Really wish they would create some magic quivers etc. would be nice to have unique and set quivers that add stats.

Would be incredible. It came to my mind too. It would regenerate arrows, could add dex, + to some amazon skills, attack speed, cb, ow some res, knock back, mana steal, ar, pierce... Bowa wouldnt be op even if they would add something like unique quivers.

Yes either create special arrows and bolts or get rid of them completely like how D3 you dont need to equip arrows

I believe Mavinas is the only helmet that can get to 45% attack speed aside from 3 sockets

Kinda bizzare they choose not to add ias to the gloves, when it's often the easiest place to add some some attack speed

There should be 2 to bow skill or at least 2 to frozen arrow or some cold arrow skill on the bow

21:00 just to complete the set, put a highlords amulet, raven frost ring for cannot be frozen and attack rating, a bul'kathos wedding band ring for life leech and life, and gorerider boots to constantly proc deadly strike, and a mercenary from nightmare difficult with blessed aim aura for a boots to attack rating, and a polearm with infinity to break inmunitys, with that you are ready to kick ass, of course you can socket the bow with a 40% 15% jewel, and 2 Ber runes in the diadem and armor just to be a little tanki, but that's a little expensive build but impossible.

Gotta see that Ubers video. In Hardcore this set was a very nice stepping stone for Runeword farming. It does cover alot of bases.

4:29 yes that's something i do not understand, this is an end game armor set, so why do they just give a level 1 magic arrow?? This requiere at least level 10 magic arrow.

My fav char is Mav freezing arrow/exploding arrow Zon. Not the fastest to clear but it can clear any area in the game is she's just gangster.

I like how you mentioned the +3 to bow & xbow skills on native Zon bows. If the set item was changed to roll 1-3 to bow skills on just the bow do you think too many people would hate that idea? I feel like trying to implement small things like that which are basically annoying to some, also offer increased value to others who like to trade. I think it would be the proper direction for items such as this. It's probably pointless to even try something like that as too many people would bash you for even thinking of trying to make the game for 'fun'. Most players just want the whole set without the headache. I still think it is a good idea.

Minor Tweaks to some of these sets I hope will come in time. they have already started tweaking some of them. I am sure we will see some more tweaks in the future.

In 2.4 patch they won't cut the damage of strafe. Make a strafe bowazon with M'avina would be great.

It's sad that multishot / strafe doesn't work with the magic arrows of the bow... That in general would be a cool thing! Additional: +3 Skills on the bow and piercing (33%) as a set Bonus would make this a more or less perfect set.

@@GGMentor i know ive had the other pieces a trillion times lol but without the diadem never really cared at all to equip it. i just may. thought u had the full set after finding that, turns out i dont have the armor. strange. i always have a couple of those lol. ill have to check my dead mercs. maybe i put it on one of them at some point.

Wws has lvl 20 magic arrow I can't understand how this doesn't have atleast lvl 15. Such a shame.

I could understand if it was a low lvl bow like lvl10 or something. But for a bow of this lvl it should be top tier. Makes you wonder who made some of these decisions 🤔 probably the same guy who came up with light radius.

The should put the level of the spells on items to be based on character level. Like +.33 per level nova which could get up to level 30

Didin't watch the whoe video yet, but wanted to make sure i got this right: so imagine i'm wearing this full set on a Zon with 20 hard points in Magic arrow: will the magic arrows it shoot now be lvl 20 too?> Or even +1 for the magic arrow, +2 for the green bow skill and +3 for the full set skills? So lvl 26? And would the 114 -377magic damage also be applied to each magic arrow? Cheers!

Unfortunately the level of magic arrow on bows is not effected by plus to skills and it does not stack with your magic arrow.

The set is fantastic but has the unfortunate and serious flaw of not giving any life or mana. Try playing a Freezing Arrow build without a solid mana pool, its torture. SoJ is almost necessary for the mana and Raven is completely non negotiable for both mana and its basically the only source of CBF available if you aren't some kind of mega-rich that can Cham the Diadem.

Only if you had 2 half freeze duration it would make you not able to be frozen.

I think they do stack but two half freeze durations = 75% not 100. So 50% of 100 = 50 and 50% of 50 = 25

I followed this exactly but my M’avina gauntlets lvl 32 does not upgrade online. I’ve used it with Ko, Lem and Perfect diamond, but transmute does nothing. What could be wrong?

Why though? Uniques roll first so it never would have been a griffons eye. The set roll isn't going to interfere with the unique roll

The set upgrades are limited to ladder only. The recipe also works in offline single player. But they do not work in online non ladder.

The Set need a important Mana boost on the bow. The hole set give just 5 % Mana steal. For a freeze Amazone it is to low. I need Mana steal Amulett

Thankfully in 2.4 the mana cost of freezing arrow was reduced.

@@ghostshade yes. didnt worked as well as expected at least for me since i play a physical bowazon. the biggest issue is the same, boss kill speed. it is fun tho...

@@ghostshade i leveled another amazon just to give it another shot. its still not as good as it should have been specially against bosses. the only way that i sort of made this work is to use 2 jewels of fervor otherwise its still pretty much a mediocre set.

i have managed to get this to work, i realized that this is one of those all-or-nothing builds. i now have a full inventory of skiller so my FA is theoretically maxed. mobs and uniques are not a problem but bosses still are annoying. atma's is an unreliable source of proc for me. i killed diablo without it ever procing and FA did everything. FA does a lot of damage against baal and diablo but the caveat is you will chug 4-7 mana potions doing so. i rank this set #3 after tal rasha and IK. it gives your bowazon the needed survivabilty but you sacrifice boss kill speed. now contemplating if doing a fire/ice build would help make things even better

Bowa unfortunately it doesn’t fit anywhere in my mavina build. The mana leach amulet gives me more value. Currently trying to make atma work with my physical bowazon instead now that she has harmony.
