I created a Dynamics 365 Sales trial environment and installed Sales copilot in Outlook and Team. This is working as expected. But, I am not able to see the Sales Copilot side pane in Dynamics 365 Sales. (No option to turn it on from App settings)

Sales copilot will work for custom entities ?

Yes, you need to add those custom entities in Teams, those custom entities will be shown in Outlook

go to team check apps on left side in teams, you will see sales copilot, click on it click settings on the top click on forms on left side you will see add new tables or entities. click on that select whatever entities you want to add and you can also delete entities so that sales copilot in outlook will not use those entities. you need to select view in last step and in that view you should add all required fields on that entity. let me know if you have any question
