Three short, mostly-tranquil, salon-esque works. The Lyadov can be played anywhere from completely dry to saturated with pedal: I've gone a for a kind of half-pedal halo-of-echo approach here. It could do with the piano being in better tune to get the resonances it needs though......
If this kind of deceptively-simple repertoire was good enough for the golden era, and the special kind of note-by-note concentration it needs, it's good enough still:
