Literally never heard of dadi until I clicked on this video because it had a weird looking thumbnail. The cadence of the lyrics just really hits the spot for me like no other artist I've heard.
I have never connected as much with the lyrics of a songwriter as I do with his, I don't know if that means if he is a genius or just that I'm similar to him, but either way I hope he never stops making music that heals the soul
I just love the fact that Dađi has been able to come up with an aesthetic & sound that is unique, authentic and fresh. Kinda rare nowadays. (wow that last line made me sound like a grandma haha)

This song's theme hits close to home and rings very true to me given my very own life experiences. It's now one of my favorite songs of all time, and I say that sincerely. I absolutely love this song but I haven't listened to it in months because I told myself "you only get to listen to this song when you are somebody else now", and I'm proud to say that I've worked immensely on myself to have better health with workouts, and better diet but also keeping things cleaner around the house, and trying to push to apply for more jobs. I know this song is about a person's attitude but I'm still proud to be somebody else now
I have some wonderful news for you: the cells in your body are constantly changing: coming into existence, growing and dying. Therefore, you are in a constant state of flux and can just hit repeat because you are not the same person who started listening to the song. That’s my workaround. That and the fact that I have a few more minutes of joy after the song finishes, which makes me a better person than before.

I love the imagery of becoming one with the sun, which, in the symbolism of Plato's allegory of the cave, represents the ultimate enlightenment. Plato's philosophy is all about questioning what you know and investigating it in order to grow wiser, so it's a perfect fit for this song. 💚
But if you look closely, the guy seems to have hunged himself at the end because of the position of his feet. To me, it sheds another lighting on: "That somebody's not here to stay / He'll be going away soon / And that's ok". :) Up to a point it reminds me of Ikarus!
