Unfortunately change is incredibly needed as the ANC has failed South Africans in numerous aspects but has also done well in others, but the history and trauma that white supremecy has wrought in black communities, not only in South Africa but around the world is still an epidemic with consequences still being felt in 2023. As a black young person, I ask myself if handing power back to the white men would end up being a catastrophic mistake in the longest term.
DA's all time mistake is to criticise the ANC every chance they get, instead of telling the voters what they are going to do. We know the failures of the ANC, we want to know what they are going to do and how. Learn from the EFF... ✊🏾
I do not live in the Cape Flats but the DA neglect in that area was the main reason I stopped voting for them. The DA government in WC gives a lot of money to Afrikaaner schools and next to nothing for previously disadvantaged schools. I have seen the allocations when working on schools maintenance across the Cape Region.

Having recently watched the Documentary about Mayor Chris Pappas of uMngeni Municipality on RU-vid, where poor people now have solar powered street lights for safer communities and solar panels and inverters to assist them with load shedding and where local businesses are nurtured to prosper and grow and to employ more people, the DA is by far the most progressive, the most compassionate and the most experienced choice to take SA and the Multi Party Charter forward in 2024!!!
