Our miniature dachshunds are wearing Hurtta Weekend Warior (pink) and NonStop Dogwear Ramble (purple) harnesses. Our dogs shiver sometimes when its cold, wet and they're standing still. As long as we move it's fine. The harnesses were wet as well. Difference between the two was that the Hurtta was soaked all the way up and the NonStop Dogwear was only wet on the bottom part. Interesting.
