No low range gearbox no locking diffs results in spinning its wheels and getting stuck. Hope they sort it out!

No low range but rear locking diff is assembled. There was a problem in the 4x4 coupler in this video, results in only 2x4.

I've been up similar hills in my duster many times. Improper tires, non 4 wheel drive version, or issues with this car or the driving that resulted in it not being able to climb

In this video the 4x4 system overheat, resulting in loss of the rear wheel drive. so you're definitely right.

Without rear diff lock, it is not easy for the Duster..

Traction control is disabled when going off road, in this case there is a problem with the magnetic clutch that connects the rear diff.

The duster is 4x4, it has the ability to drive on 2wd and on 4wd by the select of a button. awd is always 4wd without the option to drive only on 2wd.

Duster could become the modern version of the excellent Nova.... But they fuc..d up. It's a DUST generator bot an off-road véhicule. Lada Niva was very good at offroading in light platform easy to maintain without any complex équipement and options Dacia use same Principe but.... Stupid engine from baddest Renault catalogue, stupid off-road habilities, low reliability, well they all loose It's worst if you know they have a great Catalogue to pickup: cheap Dacia factory, huge knowledge of production method and cost, excellent parts from nissan utility van for 4wd light platform (use rear kangoo4x4 arm are excellent nissan ones) and excellent nissan 4wd transmission from one of best 4x4 of world, excellent V6 3.5l nissan engine or 2l Renault sport engine, reliable and uncommun quality compare to standard Renault engines, and should be deliver with interior as cheap as possible without anything but airbag and abs. And version higher made with nissan quality from Murano models. It will be the ultimate modern light 4x4. But they choose all cheap, all high margin €, and made crap. Sad.

The Duster is a fantastic modern car, not a piece of junk Lada. Thank God Dacia does not do anything like Lada does. Reliability issues on Dacia??? Mate, Dacia literally ranked top as the most reliable car brand. Renault engines are actually very very good, it is the plastic interior, the fussy design and thin body panels that Renault are known for. Lada is simply not a car worthy of modern times, but a relic of the past.

Lada es mucho mejor para el campo q el Duster. La pena es que los Lada sigan con ese motor de gasolina tan gastón y tan justo de potencia para la carretera, a éstas alturas no sé como no lleva un motor de gasoil, sería genial!
