i think those are not milliseconds but the seconds are correct, i tested it with a phone ( the counter is from youtube )

I think it's counting frames. Had this confusion with video editing before.

It's counting seconds and frames (25 frames per second : 1 frame 0.04 secs). 13:20 means 13 seconds and 20x4=80 hundreds of seconds)

it’s just that after 2014 speedometers lie at a speed of 100 not at 10 km.h, but at 3-4. First diesel logan have acceleration like 1.4 8v petrol, about 14-15sec. This is from personal experience :)
