Max cares about Billy and ik this was commented 2 years ago but her affection for Billy shows more in season 4. But you could still tell in season 3 that she would’ve risked her life for him and the other way around 🥲
@@izzyb_ella_m5362 Dear Billy was easily my favourite episode in Season 4 so far!! Although I didn't cry at Max's letter, I CRIED as soon as I saw Billy. Max really does love him and it makes me so happy yet so sad. I love them.
I completely believe Max was the only person in the whole world Billy actually cared about. I mean he died saving 11 but it also saved Max and world because He wanted to do the right thing for Max wanted to be a hero for her. I personally think that anyways. And as scary and aggressive as Billy was he did show he cared about her even before season 3 I mean I know he grabs her arm in that one scene and it scared her but he says to her whether they like or not they're siblings now and they got to look out for eachother. The thing with Lucas I think was more than just racism too. He saw how upset he made Max and wanted to protect her from that. But idk it doesn't really excuse any of his douchebaginess, racism, or how much of an A hole he was but he did care for one person in that world and that's something. He didn't now how show it properly of course his father abused him his whole life verbally, emotionally, and physically but he did try in some cases. And Max obviously cared about him no question there you see it in season 3 and now season 4

Still can't get my head around the fact that Dacre plays a character like Billy so damn well, and yet in real life he's writes poetry, talks about cute kittens and is so sweet and talks up Sadie so much (which she absolutely deserves)
Kirsten Casado in the interview they were talking about the scene in the car where billy grabbed her wrist wasn’t in the script and he was just telling people he is not like that in real life
They could've not killed billy, because i would love to watch his character's improvement in the show (just like steve's) from being asshole into being a nice and the best brother in the world.
3:18 i love how dacre feels this urge to put as many distance from his character as possible. Cause we know, we KNOW that he's the kindest and most precious person, but many can't separate the two things and will always associate dacre's face to billy's shitty personality. The fact that he always wants to clarify that he's nothing like billy just proves how an amazing human being he is (and also what a great actor he is). Much love to our australian moustaches man 🦝❤️
I think Dacre just really wanted to protect her so she wouldn't feel alone or wouldn't feel like he is what is character is. He didn't wanted to scares her. They're definitely the best brother sister duo they're both so sweet
Billy: *annoying and mean* Dacre: “there was this little kitten, super cute” Max: *loud and big personality* Sadie: super calm and quiet Jeez, they are great actors
Dacre's acting in season 3 was off the charts. I knew his character would have more to offer especially after the scene with his father in s2 but damn! It was heart wrenching to see his character getting killed. I am a sucker for complex and flawed characters in any form of literature and art who come across as evil and villains but are actually just misunderstood and have some amount of good in them. Dacre displayed that range of complexity perfectly as Billy.
I think it’s so sad that Dacre has to convince people that he isn’t his character in real life :( like it’s just a show and his acting. Like David Harbour doesn’t get asked if he acts the same way as Hopper 😬
S H O O T I E it’s been a fucking week that’s your issue for browsing the internet and expecting to not get ANY spoilers out of it. shut the fuck up get off the internet and watch it or be quiet about spoilers .
billy: racist asshole who almost ran over three kids on purpose, has literally almost killed multiple people in fist fights, tried to persuade someone to commit adultery, is emotionally abusive to his sister etc etc dacre: 'and then this tiny cute lil kitten walked around the corner and he was like mew and it was great 🥰🥰🥰'
@@hadiladi3292 he never outright said racial slurs but he consistently kept telling Max to stay away from Lucas because he's dangerous. He never said anything about the other boys so it's easy to link that to racial prejudice. It's a very glossed over part tbh, it could easily be taken in a non-racist way as well. The show doesn't show much racism towards Lucas and his family at all so it's easy to overlook and forget about it, almost makes Billy's racism seem out of place since he's one out of like 2 characters that were shown to be racist.
@@hadiladi3292 if u go back u will realize he is unsupportive of her and her bf and doesn't want her hanging out with him and was racist towards the boy
Dacre is such an angel realistically! His role is literally the most opposite of him, he’s such a sweet heart! Especially with Sadie, because they both had to work the most emotionally with each other
Billy's death scene hurted, but Sadie and Dacre really showed their phenomenal acting skills that time. They didn't have to say it out loud that they actually cared for each other, it showed on their faces, and when Max cried, I lost it. I'm still hoping Billy will resurrect or Max will have some flashbacks of him, just so I can see them again in the next season
Billie Jean Is Back What are you talking abt lmao? They mean since Sadie is so loyal, kind, caring etc they want their child to be like her. Idk if that was what you wre talking abt before but whatever
1:50 “we could figure it out, brains behind the operation, the muscles behind the operation, done” omg somehow that made me so sad because that is what max and billy would have been in season 4 if they didn’t kill him 😭😭 I cri
Interviewer: What was your favorite episode of Stranger Things to film? Dacre: Sadie..Yeah..Sadie is the best episode that I got to fim.. (He never said that but in his head I assume he would XD) Edit: *Was the best epi.. to film*
People: Whats the best- Dacre: Sadie People: Whos the best- Dacre: Sadie People: Where is- Dacre: Wheres Sadie? Shes in the Mcdonalds of Washington St. right now...if you were curious.
@@Elizabethhpowell maybe not his ghost, but maybe have him in like...flashbacks or something at least. Idk some people have a theory that Billy didn't actually die, it was a clone, since when Billy was first infected, there was a army of Billy's. It's not likely to happen, but, it IS Stranger things. And that to me, would be pretty strange, and kinda an interesting twist to it. Y'know, they somehow find him in the upside down. 🤷🏻
proof that dacre montgomery doesn't deserve the hate that he gets simply because he plays billy shsjfwwj edit: just because you haven't seen any hate doesn't mean it doesn't exist why would i lie!!! i've seen plenty of people making fun of his appearance and all i'm saying is that's messed up, especially since there's a real person behind billy's mullet
@@daisysunset2432 he defended billy saying that he didn’t do anything wrong despite the fact that he’s racist and an abuser so please explain how he did nothing wrong although he’s justifying racism and abuse
