G'day Blondie in China, if you are really into the Asian BBQ scene, you guys should check out Kobe BBQ Yakiniku on the corner of Goulburn and George Street in the city. They are having their Mayura Station Buffet Night for this Monday coming up. I found out from their video this week. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-09yOg-02ZLw.html Anyways great video as always. PS: They have pork sausages on the menu, so your dad will be stoked about that for sure! www.kobewagyubbq.com.au/menu-see-what-do-we-have/ Cheers and subscribed
the 678 Korean BBQ at Eastwood is extremely horrible. Will never visit there any more. Very rude staff, totally lack of service, and it's overpriced. Strathfield has many good choices for Korean food.
Your dad is the bomb! Always enjoy his comments. Try Malaysian food next! You'll get a lot of familiar chinese flavour paring but adding lots of south-east asian spices and herbs! Nasi Lemak is the national dish and all time favourite - can be eaten as breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Nasi lemak with crispy fried chicken (Ayam berempah) or With chicken/beef rendang, Otak otak, Mee Curry, Asam Laksa, Char Kway Teow, Roti Canai with dhall and curry, Chicken rice, Ice kacang, cendol etc etc Endless List! Anak Malaysia~
It’s always so fun watching you and your parents on all these food adventures especially your dad. He’s the real ‘ Mukbanger ’ I’ve always love Korean BBQ and soju!
I love how your dad literally learned what a mukbang is and then casually used the word 5 minutes later when the side dishes came... we stan a knowledge-applying king!!
You have a wonderful family Ms. Blondie. So relaxing to see Mom and Dad supporting ang being a big fan of the child. The closeness is more beautiful than any food.
Your Mum "That's me in a bowl" !! Love your parents getting in on the action of your videos.. plus your sister of course when your outings are not so meat-heavy! I've not been able to get back to China for 18 months now and am really missing the food (including Korean as I tried MY first Korean food there too!). Your videos are making me want to get back to 'proper' Chinese food again x
Love to see more off these type of clips with your parents. May be teppanyaki next time. Your mum and dad are soooo lovely. Enjoy the rest of your week. ❤️
Your parents are just so nice! I just can not believe that they can try out different foods and your dad is so lovely, of course your mom is also cute! Lovely family! Like it a lot!
Technically Korea does do sausage but it’s not on menus often as it’s always a version of blood sausage. Honestly it’s not worth getting unless you tried it before, it’s really mostly blood with some rice as the binder. Stick with what you know is good which is the short rib, beef, spicy beef, and pork belly. The standard table sides and of course cold noodles. Maybe some sesame leaves and salad on the side. Try to find a Korean bbq place that does an all you can eat buffet, honestly it’s a heck of a lot cheaper, the traditional order off the menu places tend to stack up prices like crazy and by the time you’re done you’ll spend like $100 US a person which is a lot, the all you can eat places charge about $30 - $50 US person depending on factors but seriously their entire menu is up for order and you don’t pay extra it’s one price - totally worth it. That’s $142 AUS to you per person at a traditional menu. Now slash that in half and the savings add up. Drinking Korean style does have a rule of the youngest one at the table pours for the oldest one and it continues, it’s part of the respect for elders thing, most older people in Korea tend to simply sit at bars and wait for younger folks to buy drinks and they get served without waiting or paying.
During my visited to Sydney in 2018, I have actually been to this place. The food is good definitely, the video brings me lots of memories. Thank you Amy.
I love your family so much. They are so kind and have good sense of humour. It’s good to see a different kind of video rather than just talking about China.
You have to eat meat wrapped in vegetables in one bite. That way, the meat and the sauce won't separate. Koreans eat at a bite without biting. Thank you for the barbecue eating show. 쌈은 한입에... 식구들 먹방 잘 봤어요.
Sausage stand outside Bunnings and Placemaker... I think all Aussies and Kiwis can understand that... Buttered bread, sauteed onion, sausage and watties ketchup... nothing speaks summer better then that!! - By a Kiwi friend of mine.
I love watching your parents enjoying their food, it's awesome how they are open to try new things! And they are definitely the type of people I would want to have a meal with! ^^
Little sis: I'm vegan! Elder sis: Meat is the king at Korean BBQ. DAD: I'm the BBQ king. Mum: (hhhhhuhhhh~) Little sis: I have work. Elder sis: I left a bag of carrots. Little sis: Yeah, My work is to eat it. and Dad, you are the meat king.
@@BlondieinChina Yes, please! I can recommend a place. Lu串 in Chinatown. There's lots of options of veggies so you can also take Bec 🤣 (ps. I love the roasted bread 烤面包 there sooooooooooooo nice)
Love your entire family but in this vid your mom is great! She loves to experiment and seems to enjoy the food. Please keep making vids with your family
You have such a great family, imcluding both your parents and your sister!!! You are all so adventurous and open to food adventures. I adore you ll! Thanks for sharing them with us!!! And you always make me sooo hungry!!! I want some of that stuff too!
I like to put a piece of raw garlic together with the meat, lettuce and sauce. Of course, you end up with garlic breath after the BBQ. 😂 But so worth it.
There's a big food world out there and we all appreciate watching you taking your parents along to explore it. The road to enlightenment is more readily traveled when a good meal is at the destination.
Hello Blondie, I am so glad I was recommended your channel. You have got such a positive and beautiful nature and I love your bubbly personality. Cheers from Perth and I wish you, your family, and your subscribers a very happy and safe 2021.
ssam is one bite. It's not a taco.😀 You have to make it easy to eat at a mouthful. That way, you can feel all the flavors at once. and And you can eat it clean. - from korean
When I was working in China, one of my colleagues once went with her boss to South Korea for a project. Said colleague started crying in the group chat: Colleague: Waah, I'm so hungry! I want meat! Us: What do you mean? Korean meat is delicious. If it's too expensive just ask your boss to pay. (note: this is usual in China: if you're traveling with a superior, the superior foots the food bill) Colleague: Boss is vegetarian! So sad. ;_;
I really recommend you to eat the “太二酸菜鱼Chinese Sauerkraut Fish“ omg! that's amazing, I'm a big fan of it when I back in China. But I not sure whether or not has 太二 in Austria.
Definitely love the idea of multiple cultures food adventure. As a Chinese living overseas, I actually love to see what you guys usually eat/dine out for typical western meals (西餐)I found sometimes awkward to some fancy dishes but actually not my styles.
I am korean. Plz eat ssam (the wrap) in one bite. Koreans feel strange when see them eat more than two bites of ssam. And eating at once is more harmoious and delicious.
im not sure if anyone mentioned about it or its too much info but i just wanna let u know that there is obviously no certain way of eating 쌈(ssam) but commonly we eat a whole thing at one bite. its not like a sandwich or burrito. basically the concept of ssam is to enjoy the harmony of all the sides and main menu at a same time.
We came to this restaurant, it’s affiliated with a famous Korean person, I don’t normally eat Kimchi, but at this place, kimchi is so good! It’s the only place I eat Kimchi!!!
