This is exactly right. Wills are just met to be dead simple and easy, if you are serious about inheritence then use a trust. A trust also insures its divided the way you specify and no weird stuff can go on. There are lots of court battles of wills and if they are fair and shiz like that, that doesnt happen with trusts.

And it cheats taxes but your honorable right. Ive seen more honest thieves in the street
