In this food travel vlog, my dad, gf and I try some bún ốc, or Vietnamese snail noodle soup in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Bun oc is a popular noodle soup in Hanoi, made with rice noodles, tomato and shrimp paste broth, snails, tofu, and tomatoes. It is also topped with fresh vegetables.
We found this small noodle restaurant in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Although it was a very unassuming restaurant, the food turned out to be surprisingly good. We at these bowls of Vietnamese soup and gave you our signature Dank Rank Food Review.
For any foodies looking for a unique and authentic taste of Vietnam, trying out some bún ốc is a great option!
