I agree!!!! This guy may end up regretting some of his answers in the long run, BUT she is a controlling crazy woman. She oversees EVERYTHING he does. Let the man be a dad, he doesn't like her, but he loves his child..that is obvious.. One thing I can say about this guy is he is brutally honest.... no one can say that hes not!

This is ridiculous! She has questioned him about his attitude towards her and not anything about the child really. She doesn’t like that he doesn’t 100% bend to her will and do exactly what she wants and exactly how she wants it done. She argued 30 minutes about him not saying the dose of allergy medication? He said he gave her the correct dose and when he wouldn’t go read the box and say what the exact dose was because it had been since the night before so he didn’t remember she’s mad and said over and over that he could’ve just read the box and told her the dose when she could’ve done the same thing but wanted him to do it so she wouldn’t do it.

I don’t think this father is flawless and it’s clear he needs to grow up a lot, but it’s also clear that he is just exhausted with his child’s mom. I can imagine and most other reasonable people should see as well that she is using their child to control him and I hope he’s motivated enough to present all of the things he has on her as well. I can just imagine that dad is utterly exhausted with this woman and so his attitude towards her just is what it is.

It's clear to me she is just trying to wear him down to the point he gives up and she gets her wishes of total parental alination. So sad for the child caught in the middle.of.this. there is no possible way this child isn't being affected by all this.

I'm not certain that his lawyer did a horrible job. I believe there's a possibility that Mr. Centilli and his lawyer agreed on the tactic to let her run her mouth and expose herself as being a horrible person.

He drives me crazy! He explains things even though the parties have already dropped it. It would be interesting to see what percentage of his proceedings are him talking versus the parties. He's also one to complain that things are taking too long.

At about @1:07:51 the dad is starting to make sense. The mom is coming unglued. I am starting to think the dad’s inner voice voice can’t stay out of his mouths way and he’s not a horrible person. He’s being brutally honest. I don’t agree with anything he’s done to cause the restraining order … don’t get me wrong. I’m disgusted by it. The Mom though. She needs an attorney. She can’t keep her act together during this case.

I guess I have a different look on this than most everybody else 🤷‍♀️ From being on both sides of this kind of thing I guess. I feel like the father is completely, and utterly, exhausted with his baby mother 🙄 She is the certified know-it-all, and wants to micromanage everything!! She wants, and needs full control and if she doesn't have it then she throws a hissy fit causing more arguments, disagreements, and drama for their own child 🤦‍♀️ She needs to quit trying to control everything. She needs to let Dad have his parenting time without her input on every single thing he does 🤷‍♀️ Dad needs to learn how to communicate better. He also should know her by now!! He should know when she's trying to cause drama, by micromanaging everything!! He needs to learn how to handle the situation better!! In my opinion these people shouldn't have any contact with each other 💯 They need a middleman, a mediator or something...... Also know from experience some people just cannot communicate, or find a common ground........ But that's just my opinion

She is just trying to punish him bc she doesn’t like the way he talks to her and treats her so she is doing everything in her power to withhold their daughter from him to make him suffer. You can tell by all the questions she is asking him. She isn’t talking about the way he is around his daughter she is only concerned about herself, not the child! I also believe she is trying her hardest to push him to his limits during her questioning towards him just to see if he will explode in front of the judge!

Breaking down crying because he thinks their daughter would be better off without one of them is funny considering she believes the same thing and has been withholding the her for the last year. The dad is off the rails, but so is the mom. I agree with the dad, the daughter would be better off without the constant fighting, bickering, and outright hatred.

I think both of these people need help. He has anger isses and seems pushed beyond his GAF. Her tears did not move me and felt manipulative. Being manipulative and pushing buttons is something I feel she is good at. My heart goes out to the child, who is the only innocent person in this. Disgusted with both of their behavior. Child exchange should be done at a police station and all communications via court app.

But what she doesn’t understand is unfortunately it is better for them both not to be around their child with how much they fight and argue and the hatred they have for each other, that’s not teaching their daughter anything. This judge is terrible, I feel half the time he’s laid back in his chair and not paying attention because when she says objection, he jumps up and his scrambling to find a reasoning. this man is extremely scary. He’s not afraid to admit on zoom in front of a judge that he wishes she was dead and that he would kill her if it meant he got custody. That’s how I took it. Unbelievable.

He openly let her know he gave her claritin before bed the night before, she nit picks over how much & what time. Then accuses him of not discussing it w her🤔allergy meds are 12/24hr so it’ll be the next afternoon/nighttime, how hard is that? And dosage, he is being smartass that he gave her the rec. dose for her age/weight. Mom is being TOO controlling and ask too many stupid questions so of course you get stupid answers 🤷‍♀️ that was this entire hearing! The referee is literally just there to bare witness in court bc they can’t talk outside court bc of the PO other than text. She lets him go on & they go back n forth for a while until it’s something bad on her then it’s an objection the referee is like “whhhy?” Yall been going on n on now all of a sudden your objecting? Lol she is a control freak! She’s pushing her lawyer status around to intimidate him that she’s going to control things & get what she wants. She conducted this hearing based off 100% emotions nothing else. If she conducted herself as a real lawyer then shed off objected to 99% of his responses!

Come on people, I am.a woman and this lady is crazy. He said well we both hate each other and i dont want to die , so that leaves you...of course he doesn't want her dead , its prob. Pent up in therr and he diesnt care ...Where is CPS now,cause clearly she needs help. No wonder her daughter is in therapy. She has accused him of hurting their daughter, physically and sexually...she just doesn't let him go. ACCUSING HIM OF Not CARING...I hope CPS is watching this. T hen the Dr comes on and she looks like she is gonna cry...the referred is walking on eggshells, so she doesn't cry. I can't believe how many of these court cases I have watched and how this woman deface the husband not because they love their children but because they hate him more.!

I feel every woman should see the way this man feels about the woman he has a child with and on his thought process about what he wants to do to her or wishes would happen to her . Also i feel the mother has some issues that she needs to seek therapy for . She feels she is always right and should be right to the judge at all times .these 2 need to put their feelings aside for each other and put whats best for the baby and put her first .they both need to seek a therapist to get over what feelings they still may have for each other and to get over the anger they both have for each other . This baby is going to feel every bit of toxity they have for each other . This baby needs both her parents in her life . Seems all she does is gaslite every situatiom where she wants her own way, refusing to.budge and dad is just tired of dealing with her on every level. He just wants to be a dad to his.child without mom involved in his parenting time. She needs to learn she just cannot control everything. Its entitled and narcissistic and a judge needs to step in and put an end to this nonsense. I feel like shes doing this to wear dad down to a point he just gives up and stops trying to spar with mom just to be a dad. I seriously feel for this.child. both these parents need to grow up and maybe take some co-parenting course or something. As far as i see this is all harassment period. This poor.child caught in the middle of.this. her goal is clearly full parental alination

And the child is young enough that the dad has another 15yrs or so to put up with mom's incessant helicopter parenting. His (and the child's) Hell has only just begun. Mom will NEVER change because she's convinced herself that she's right and her way is the ONLY way to parent.

Dad won't give medication to the child that the doctor ordered? Would do that again and would lie to the doctor. Major factor in child custody.

Claritin and Zyrtec aren’t the same drug but are the same class of drug. This mother wants to control every second of his parenting time she just tries to get him to go off. He is blatantly honest. She shouldn’t be able to respond to him like she is. If it she had an attorney she couldn’t speak out like this

I was totally off put by dad in the beginning, but after watching it all, I honestly get dad's attitude. She uses the child to try and control and manipulate him. She wants to be the victim always, and it's seriously insufferable... I think dad is totally honest, at least. I do think he needs to grow up and realize she isn't worth the anger, but I am shook that I ended up on dad's side by the end. 😂
