Oga obinna let me help you in this. Menstruation is monthly series of changes that a woman body goes through in preparation of a possible pregnancy. It occurs at the age of 9yrs and above. 28 days is just the avarange. The menstrual cycle can repeat it self between 21 and 35days. It has also its own challages 1.irregular periods and bleeding 2.abdominal pain, cramps,headache,mood swings,nausea and sometimes diarrhea before or during menstruation. I wish I'm near to teach those girls more about this.
I suggest you bring Judy Nyawira (Bi Mkurugenzi)to talk to the girls about periods , from her episodes with her daughter Mumbus,she is best at that topic.
